Piadine in many different options with genuine flours with low gluten content, fresh pasta, vegetarian options, local ingredients of the highest quality prepared with care and excellent service. It is exactly the place that everyone would like to have near home/work: intimate and welcoming, equipped with excellent simple products to bring home dinner after work or a rich and quick lunch break and the fantastic owner who transmits passion for the place and his work. Di passaggio mi fermo per una pausa e mi incuriosisce questo locale. Noto meravigliose piadine farcite e cassoni fantastici; poi però vedo un tavolino con due ragazzi che si gustano un primo piatto. E così assaggio un piatto di cappelletti al ragù. Meravigliosi! Ottimi e conditi con ragù di carne delizioso. Da fare invidia ai tanti ristoranti del paese. Poi il titolare, gentilissimo e preparato , mi serve un bicchiere di sangiovese ottimo e, particolare non da poco, versato dalla bottiglia appena stappata. Ci tornerò al più presto!
