A random search for a restaurant after leaving Perugia brought this place up. Wow. What an excellent lunch. This place would make a huge success back home in the states. So much flavor in those huge paninis.

28/04/2025: We went to this place without having booked, the girl at the reception immediately made herself available to seat us, very kind and helpful. We ate an appetizer with very good local cured meats and cheeses, an excellent first course and a pizza that exceeded expectations. All served with the right waiting times considering that it was a public holiday Friday and the place was full and then we also appreciated the coordination between the pizzeria and the kitchen because they brought the dishes at the same time...highly recommended...honest prices

18/04/2025: Volevamo andarci ma chiamando ci hanno detto che bisogna usare un sito per prenotare. Non credo ci vedranno mai.
04/04/2025: I returned to this place with great expectations and was very disappointed. I got a husband who I would define as without infamy and without praise, normal. The real flop was the pan pizza, if I hadn't already eaten in this place in the past the rating would have been 1. Not even the service lived up to expectations, the waitress was almost annoyed that we had taken too few things in her opinion and it's not elegant to express this explicitly to the customer (and anyway we spent €30 each so I wouldn't say we didn't eat). In any case I don't think I will return.
