Wide choice of doughs and interesting proposals! Today when I was passing through Pesaro I stopped here for lunch and tried a version with mortadella, stracciatella and a fennel-flavoured marine plant (the name of which I don't remember), very good! Like the beer they recommended as a pairing 👍 Fast service and very kind and helpful girls at the reception. I would stay here again!
