Piada Tosta In Torino

10/03/2026: We went yesterday for lunch. The village is stunning: well-kept, full of paintings and wonderful, narrow alleys. As soon as you enter the dining room, you immediately feel at home: the glowing fireplace and the low vaulted ceiling immediately transport you to another, timeless dimension; it's impossible not to relax. The woman in the dining room was kind and knowledgeable; we had a great time with her. We also had the pleasure of chatting with the chef, who was extremely helpful and friendly. The food is very good and the quality is undoubtedly very high, thanks to authentic, locally sourced ingredients. The appetizers are very tasty and plentiful. I really appreciated the mixed appetizer, which included a selection of hot and cold dishes, because the hot appetizers arrive later, giving you plenty of time to enjoy the cold ones without worrying about the hot ones getting cold. The pinnacle of enjoyment was the guanciotto (my taste buds really went wild at that point). The meat literally melted in my mouth, and the flavor was so good I was almost sorry when it was finished. The dessert was delicious, too. What can I say? It was a wonderful experience, we'll definitely be back!

08/03/2026: We tried the restaurant and were pleasantly surprised by almost everything. The menu also features truly high-quality ingredients, from the classic trio of Piedmontese appetizers to the hearty, spicy, and well-balanced meat main courses. The wine list was adequate, and the service was top-notch. Highly recommended for a mountain experience in a truly picturesque village.
