It was a privilege to savor the refined and delicious cuisine of the Ensama Restaurant. It stands out for the impeccable freshness of its fish dishes and impeccable service that makes each dish an unforgettable experience.
Upon arrival, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism by the owner. The relaxing and refined atmosphere of the place immediately caught our attention, and we immediately felt at ease.
The variety and freshness of the dishes are simply extraordinary. Each dish was expertly prepared and presented with impeccable aesthetics, highlighting the kitchen team's attention to detail and passion for culinary excellence. From delicate raw dishes to richly flavored first courses, each course was a sensorial journey through the best flavors of the sea.
Particularly memorable were our main dishes. The ravioli were a sublime fusion of freshness and delicacy, with the fish literally melting in your mouth accompanied by an explosion of Mediterranean flavours. The tuna carpaccio enriched with the freshest ingredients has managed to conquer even the most demanding palates. The final cake, a masterpiece.
The owner was able to expertly recommend a selection of wines that perfectly enhanced the flavors of our dishes, adding a touch of perfection to our gastronomic experience.
Not only is Ensama's cuisine exceptional, but the service was also impeccable. The staff, courteous and attentive, took care of us with a care and professionalism rare to find. Every request was met promptly and kindly, helping to make our evening even more pleasant.
