The piadina is made on the spot. In my opinion the dough is light and digestible. As soon as you enter you place your order with the man at the cash register (you have to ask for everything you want to eat, including dessert and coffee). You pay. With the receipt you go to the bar to collect the drink you have chosen. You wait at the table for your number to be called (you can read it on the receipt). At the end you return to the bar for the coffee, if you ordered it. So don't lose the receipt 😉. Fast and friendly staff. I recommend

If you try closing your eyes while eating piadina... you'll feel like you're in a classic Romagna restaurant! Crispy, thin, light, and generously filled! The service is fast, the staff is kind and friendly. There's no cover charge, and the cutlery is even made of stainless steel! Highly recommended!
