All very good. We brought some unseasoned piadina to Brindisi so that they remind us of Romagna when we bite into them. 👏🏻😀 We tasted a truly exquisite cascione. Good work guys. 😂

Watercress with herbs and delicious parmesan! Being close to so much greenery is priceless, so perhaps all that is missing is a little table service to create magic.

Beautiful place on the slopes of the park inhabited by rabbits that roam undisturbed and fight with pigeons. We had piada and fried dumplings. All very good. Maybe fried dumpling a little too fried and greasy. Delicious cured meats and top piadina.

Io vado per la piadina fritta, abbondante buona vexla consiglio vivamente, un po lunghi i tempi di attesa, le piadine troppo costose, troppo piccole per il prezzo che hanno

La Regina della Piadina

10/07/2024: 5 well-deserved stars. The place is a bit hidden but they really make a piadina made properly, not the stuff that becomes hard as stone after 5 minutes. Three types of dough, very nice and clean place, tables for those who want to stop and eat on the spot. A frequent destination of mine (in case you hadn't figured it out).
