It was a quite February evening and the attention was only divided between a couple of tables, fair enough. I had the opportunity to get to know the owner and the immense pride and dedication he takes in preparing his every dish and component from. Scratch. Do not pass go when it comes to the Antipasti, they are simple local gems. The rest I leave to you to discover as I am sure no dish is lesser than the other. Choice of wine was also very intentional, superb. This place alone is good reason to visit Grammichele in all its simplicity yet intriguing 5 facets.

The location is very charming, overlooking the iconic hexagonal square, the pride of Grammichele. Inside, the restaurant is simple, yet elegant and discreet, as it's quiet. The food and presentation are meticulously crafted with passion, and the ingredients are top-quality. As for the pizzas, they're the best you'll find in the Calatino area. Tasty and easy to digest, the dough is exceptional, and the ingredients are top-notch. Highly recommended!

We ate in this restaurant on a Thursday evening... Super good, fine, gourmet cuisine, the owner is adorable, passionate about his job as a restaurateur and cook. He made it a point of honor to make us eat good things... We went back there this evening, we did not see the owner. While last night we had announced our arrival the next day, it was only possible to have a small table for four outside, we suggested having the same table as the day before, impossible... We asked to eat inside, impossible. We chose to leave the establishment. The staff jumped out and told us that they were seeing what could be done. But too late, very disappointed our decision was made... We went to eat elsewhere. This is the reason for removing a star on the service. But again thank you to the owner for the welcome the day before, it was a great evening.
