Piaciri In Grammichele

The delicacy of the food served here is beyond words. Beautiful place and very personal service. If in Grammichele this is the place to eat!

Excellent meal here. The chef came to our table (indeed all the tables) and talked us through the menu, his recommendations and off-menu dishes he was able to prepare for us. We had a selection from across the different menus - pizza and calzone where thin, crisp and flavoursome. La Norma pasta dish - a regional speciality made with tomato and aubergine gave us all plate-envy and my partner had the seared tuna which was the best he’d ever had. We arrived early and the place was empty which makes you wonder if you have made the right choice - don’t worry, you have and by 10pm the place full.

During the tour of Sicily, we came across this restaurant recommended by the manager of our accommodation in Grammichele, Pleasant restaurant, hushed atmosphere (at least until the arrival of a group of young people celebrating a birthday, but that's completely understandable), kind and knowledgeable staff, professional owner, but at the same time affable and welcoming, the chef, often present in the room, willingly interacted with customers trying to understand their needs. Experience, as you can imagine, positive. We highly recommend.

More than delicious, a friendly, honest and friendly restaurant. Worth the detour, at the height of the town planning of this unexpected city in the middle of Sicily. Well done chef

Absolutely incredible. One of the best calzone I have ever eaten and my dad said his pizza was the best he has ever eaten. Fantastic.

Very nice restaurant in the central square of Grammichele. Good quality food and great service. The chef proposes a menu that is tied to the territory and its traditions. We had dinner in Piaciri twice and we were very pleased. The mixed antipasti is definitely a must. We also had nice pasta alla Norma. Local Salsiccia (sausage) served with chicory is very tasty and we also had once a fantastic off-the-menu pork ribs cooked at low temperature. Good choice of wines and delicious desserts. Piaciri is a good choice if you are in Grammichele.
