Competent, friendly weight/fitness room instructors, always available and empathetic in times of need, in particular Bianca and Sorin. Regarding other services, such as the (women's) changing room, which needs to be improved, shower times are too short, and for each station there should be its own closed station for privacy The pizzeria could improve, as the pizza is overcooked and the fried food is too full of oil. The Bar service is well stocked with lactose-free capsules/coffee but additional food products for intolerants should be added to have a wide choice. Cleaning services, normal. Desk in general, kind, friendly, others a little less, it depends, overall ok.
