Nice and well-kept place but internal temperature not very high. Piedmontese food and interesting organic wines. Unfortunately, the service was very slow and confusing to the point that, after ordering a trout, it arrived freezing cold. Cold fish only if you order it otherwise it's not good. Good guinea fowl, rabbit tuna too, nice lamb meatballs.

Excellent service, quality dishes, courteous and helpful staff. It was a real surprise to arrive at this place by chance and think "we'll be back".

Very nice place that marries its aesthetics to its culinary address. Greeted kindly, we opted for the two lunch formulas: starter plus first course and starter plus second course. I must say that the fried porcini mushrooms and the tajerin with meat sauce positively shocked me. I will return to try other dishes. Advised.

Personally, it is the place I go to in Alba to feel good and feel satisfied. A place without arrogance but always interesting. The wine list is very rich in proposals, dishes are always delicious and of super quality, there is never a lack of professionalism and kindness that makes you feel pampered*.

Everything PERFECT!! Hospitality, kindness, patience (we stayed twice in 2 days over New Year's Eve and the second time we were a group of 16, with 5 children, quite "difficult"😅), attention to detail, goodness of the dishes (everything we tasted was extraordinarily good.. honorable mention for the second courses: amazing lamb meatballs and larded guinea fowl) and the wines.. definitely an obligatory stop if you are passing through Alba!!!

The place is nice and welcoming, we immediately feel at ease. We ate very well, the raw materials were excellent and I appreciated the fresh and light cuisine. The service was very pleasant and we particularly appreciated the advice on the wine, which was amazing and exactly what we asked for. Their wine list is a dream for any enthusiast. I can't wait to be back.

Ci hanno consigliato questo ristorante dove abbiamo passato una serata perfetta. Location moderna ma allo stesso tempo calda e accogliente. Servizio impeccabile, professionale ma allo stesso tempo familiare, ci hanno messo a nostro agio e aiutato nelle scelte. Carta dei vini meravigliosa, ma se volete qualcosa di diverso di consiglio di provare una delle loro degustazioni. Cibo di livello, vi consiglio la tartarre con tartufo e il vitello tonnato.

Dit restaurant en wijnhandel is een geweldige plek voor wijnliefhebbers. Met een wijnkaart van 40 pagina’s staat wijn hier duidelijk op nummer één. Het personeel helpt je met kennis en passie om de perfecte wijn te kiezen. Wij dronken een le fontane onlus, welke naast erg lekker ook sociaal doel dient. De keuken is simpel, maar heel goed. De gerechten zijn puur, met ingrediënten van topkwaliteit die de smaken echt laten spreken. Perfect voor wie houdt van een relaxte, maar smaakvolle eetervaring in het centrum van Alba. De tartaar is mooi zacht, beetje zout, peper en olijfolie met heerlijk brood maak het tot een perfecte antipasta. De agnolotti zijn heerlijn met een beetje gebruinde boter. Ookde rest van mijn gezin, was zeer tevreden over hun gerechten. Kortom een verdiende maximale score voor deze sympathieke zaak.
