Nice place with helpful and informed staff, excellent food. Ideal for a light dinner without the constraints of a restaurant.

The place is nice and welcoming, we immediately feel at ease. We ate very well, the raw materials were excellent and I appreciated the fresh and light cuisine. The service was very pleasant and we particularly appreciated the advice on the wine, which was amazing and exactly what we asked for. Their wine list is a dream for any enthusiast. I can't wait to be back.

Ci hanno consigliato questo ristorante dove abbiamo passato una serata perfetta. Location moderna ma allo stesso tempo calda e accogliente. Servizio impeccabile, professionale ma allo stesso tempo familiare, ci hanno messo a nostro agio e aiutato nelle scelte. Carta dei vini meravigliosa, ma se volete qualcosa di diverso di consiglio di provare una delle loro degustazioni. Cibo di livello, vi consiglio la tartarre con tartufo e il vitello tonnato.

They recommended this restaurant to us where we spent a perfect evening. Modern location but at the same time warm and welcoming. Impeccable service, professional but at the same time familiar, they put us at ease and helped us make choices. Wonderful wine list, but if you want something different I recommend trying one of their tastings. Quality food, I recommend the tartarre with truffle and the veal with tuna sauce.

We enjoyed an exceptional lunch at this enoteca. The food menu was limited ( it’s a wine bar, after all) but varied and delicious. The people who manage/work here are very passionate about their wine and food, but not in a lofty or arrogant way. The room is modern and comfortable, with a vibrant local clientele. Dit restaurant en wijnhandel is een geweldige plek voor wijnliefhebbers. Met een wijnkaart van 40 pagina’s staat wijn hier duidelijk op nummer één. Het personeel helpt je met kennis en passie om de perfecte wijn te kiezen. Wij dronken een le fontane onlus, welke naast erg lekker ook sociaal doel dient. De keuken is simpel, maar heel goed. De gerechten zijn puur, met ingrediënten van topkwaliteit die de smaken echt laten spreken. Perfect voor wie houdt van een relaxte, maar smaakvolle eetervaring in het centrum van Alba. De tartaar is mooi zacht, beetje zout, peper en olijfolie met heerlijk brood maak het tot een perfecte antipasta. De agnolotti zijn heerlijn met een beetje gebruinde boter. Ookde rest van mijn gezin, was zeer tevreden over hun gerechten. Kortom een verdiende maximale score voor deze sympathieke zaak.

The staff will help you choose the perfect wine with knowledge and passion. We drank a le fontane onlus, which, in addition to being very tasty, also serves a social purpose. The kitchen is simple, but very good. The dishes are pure, with top quality ingredients that really let the flavors speak. Perfect for those who enjoy a relaxed, but tasty dining experience in the center of Alba. The tartare is beautifully soft, a little salt, pepper and olive oil with delicious bread make it a perfect antipasti. The agnolotti are delicious with a little browned butter. The rest of my family was also very satisfied with their dishes. In short, a deserved maximum score for this sympathetic business.

Very nice family experience during an evening on the terrace (also air-conditioned room) in August. We had booked online, everything went very well, good value for money: short menu and delicious dishes, attentive and understanding service even though we did not speak Italian, and "last but not least" the possibility of tasting numerous local wines (including different formulas for this) then to buy on site the wines that you liked. Large public car park 100 meters away.

Why would you traipse around Barolo/barresco if you can get the best wine tasting from a very knowledgeable person (Carmine) who loves wines and will give you a well rounded tour of the region without leaving your seat?
