In funzione di un weekend a Courmayeur, abbiamo voluto provare il bistrot Royal per una cena romantica . Ci incuriosiva degustare i piatti del nuovo chef Emin Haziri , una sorpresa dietro l’altra . Ottima squadra di giovani preparati ed attenti all’esigenza dell’ospite . Abbiamo scelto il menù a mani libere dello chef per lasciarci condurre in questa esperienza . Un tripudio di sapori , profumi e impiattamenti visivamente perfetti.Ottima carta dei vini . Aspettative assolutamente confermate , torneremo e nel frattempo complimenti a tutti!!!

Fantastic hotel, with an historic flair. Rooms are big, perfectly clean and with nice amenities. SPA has everything you can ask and something more. The staff is incredibly nice, friendly and helpful and was super supportive even before arriving (special thanks to Cristiano). The breakfast is outstanding and the bar is lively, nice and classy. The restaurants serve excellent food as well.
