I just came back from a ski weekend here and had a fantastic time! Luggage was quietly brought up to my room and I received a tour upon arrival. Everyone I interacted with - the reception desk, the kitchen staff, the spa staff were welcoming and friendly. It was my first time in Courmayeur and I stayed solo in a deluxe room with gorgeous Mountain View’s. Ski storage room was useful, only a few mins walk to the main lift. Breakfast was lovely, great choice and felt relaxed. Pool area amazing and made friends with other guests. Overall, a sophisticated stay with accommodating staff. I looked forward to coming to my room every night. I can’t wait to come back and stay again next February for our next corporate ski trip!

We've been customers for years. The staff is Very friendly, you feel right at home. Superb location. Very intimate, comfortable, and familiar, despite being a large, luxury hotel.

Old rooms. Some staff are rude, disrespectful, and often overly friendly. The outdoor pool is almost cold. One day, we ordered a shuttle to pick us up at the chairlift (it's a 4-minute drive from the hotel), but it took over half an hour to arrive, and even after repeated calls, the staff was unhelpful and useless. The prices are outrageous; a half-liter bottle in the minibar costs 4 euros.

Right in the center of Coruma. Extremely friendly staff. A well-deserved 5-star rating. I stayed in September for my wife's birthday and will return in December for mine. I highly recommend it.
