Pesto di Pistacchio In Trani

I went there twice during my stay in Italy and was very impressed by the quality of the food – it was absolutely delicious! It's one of the rare vegan restaurants, unfortunately – although so much is possible with Italian cuisine!

Review – Vegan Restaurant Pesto di Pistacchio (Trani) We ate at this restaurant located in an enchanting position, a stone's throw from the port of Trani. The quality-price ratio is really excellent, and there is a good variety of dishes for all tastes, strictly vegan. I highly recommend the falafel, served on a delicious bed of hummus and babaganoush: balanced and well-presented flavors. Also unmissable is the spicy mayonnaise, absolutely ask for it: a real explosion of flavor! The atmosphere is very pleasant, relaxed and not chaotic, perfect for a quiet dinner in a suggestive setting. A restaurant that combines quality plant-based cuisine, a charming location and genuine hospitality. We will definitely be back.

The food was super good and quite original, because making a vegan croquette is quite difficult. But it's delicious, so if you go, I 100% recommend ordering the croquette. 😋😋😋

Excellent, very good dishes and lots of choice!

We were in this restaurant on a summer Friday evening and we had a really good time. The place is very beautiful and well-kept. The staff is friendly and prepared. The menu is basic but the dishes it offers are really special. We opted for two appetizers such as pistachio cricchettone and a tart, two first courses and dessert. The food is really excellent quality and at a fair price. We will definitely be back.

I had never eaten in a vegan restaurant. Too bad. I have to change my mind. I really missed out on so much. I was shocked, astonished. We were welcomed and pampered by the guys in charge from the first moment. We were carefully guided in the choice of dishes and the many proposals. The professionalism, clarity and emotional involvement in their presentation meant that everything was nothing short of excellent. Sublime flavors. Very light dishes, but at the same time more than satisfying. The organic wine, something for truly refined palates. I highly recommend trying it, I assure you, it will be an unforgettable experience. I forgot, reasonable prices for a quality that is certainly of the highest level. Well done guys. Ad maiora semper

A great place to eat sustainably and respectfully in Trani. We really liked it. The waiters and waitresses were very friendly.

Pranzo domenicale con famiglia, abbiamo prenotato in 13 via the Fork, con conferma telefonica del proprietario. Ottimi piatti vegani, gustosi e vari, abbiamo preso diversi antipasti da condividere, poi linguine al pesto di pistacchio favolosi e paccheri con una crema al tartufo. Buoni anche i dolci ed il vino. Consigliatissimo non solo per i vegani ma anche per tutti quelli che vogliono provare un’alternativa a carne e pesce.
