Let me start by saying that I'm neither vegetarian nor vegan, so I entered this restaurant with a slight tinge of suspicion: I thought, at best, I'd be stuck in mediocre territory in terms of flavor. I was completely wrong. Every course completely satisfied me, far exceeding my expectations. Furthermore, I appreciated the friendliness, professionalism, attentive service, and, last but not least, the price. If I'm in Trani again, I'll definitely return to this lovely restaurant. Don't miss the potato croquettes, the linguine with pistachio pesto, the meatballs in tomato sauce, and their cheesecakes.

We've been to Pesto di Pistacchio for lunch several times, a vegan restaurant with creative and tasty dishes. The staff and owner are friendly and professional. We'll gladly return. The location is also just steps from Trani's tourist port. It's a shame we didn't take photos of the dishes.

Simply outstanding! The paccheri alla carcerata alone are worth the visit — beautifully presented and perfectly balanced. Pesto di Pistacchio was the best restaurant we tried during our stay in Puglia. Every dish was prepared with great care, using high-quality ingredients and served with an elegant touch.
The atmosphere is refined yet welcoming, and the owner’s kindness made the whole experience even more enjoyable. Not just excellent vegan food, but a complete dining experience that shows real passion and attention to every detail. Highly recommended — not only for vegans and vegetarians!

We had a great time: the atmosphere is intimate and romantic, the dishes are creative and tasty with quality ingredients. Attentive and attentive service with fair prices. We'll definitely be back!! Highly recommended: the parmigiana, the linguine with basil pesto, and the pistachio cheesecake.

Siamo stati qui tante volte e non siamo mai rimasti delusi. Antipasti fantastici (crocchettone di patate super) e primi sempre ottimi, super consigliate le linguine al pesto di pistacchio ma anche gli altri non deludono mai.
Consigliate anche parmigiana di melanzane e polpettine.
