The pizza at Pescecane is always a guarantee. The staff is friendly, and it's in a very central location. I recommend it!

We chose this restaurant for the pizza, and it wasn't bad. We recommend the Eoliana and their own, the Pescecane. A nice location on the main street; the only complaint, like the menu, is that it's a bit dated. Friendly service; we were offered a traditional Amaro, which was much appreciated.

We're in Lipari for a weekend, and the manager of our property recommended this place for its traditional, home-style cuisine. We booked directly on-site with no problem. The welcome was excellent, the place was authentic and unpretentious. The attentive and friendly staff were very helpful with our choices and knew their dishes very well. The menu was compact and easy to choose from, and the dishes were truly exceptional, using the freshest ingredients and the highest level of preparation. Pay attention to the truly delicious desserts (try the tiramisu). Excellent location, very close to the port.

A seafood restaurant that was recommended to us, but I wouldn't recommend it. The service was a bit slow and confusing, but above all, the dishes we didn't enjoy and the portions definitely weren't in line with Sicilian eating habits. In particular, we didn't like the mussels at all; they were small, dry, and tasted so-so. The fried squid was average. The pizza was neither good nor bad. The prices were a bit high for the quantity and quality. Ultimately, I'd consider it a tourist restaurant, but luckily, you can eat much, much better in Sicily.

I ate at this restaurant today and to date I can say that it is one of the best pizzas I have ever eaten. I ordered the buffalo mozzarella, one word to describe it all is out of this world.

We returned, for the second time after a year, to this restaurant that had left us with such wonderful memories. We ordered the same dishes, and the quality was exactly the same as last year. Everything was extremely excellent, and both my husband and I are used to eating good fish. The chef's skill was evident, the owner remembered us, and we were very pleased, and the service was thoughtful and attentive. This is the restaurant we will never miss.

28/09/2025: A wonderful place to stay! Very safe and quiet, perfect for relaxation. The terrace offers a stunning view of Mount Etna, which is truly impressive. The host was incredibly helpful and kind – he treated us to local sweets, as well as homemade limoncello and wine, which was a wonderful gesture of hospitality. The rooms are clean, cozy, and well-equipped. An additional advantage is the large, very clean swimming pool, perfect for relaxing on hot days. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a unique place to stay.
31/08/2025: An ideal location for a few days as a couple or family. We stayed here only one night and really enjoyed the location, away from the noise and surrounded by ample green space. Carmelo, the owner, is a truly hospitable person and knows how to welcome his guests with a simple approach, providing cozy rooms equipped with all the comforts to ensure a pleasant stay. It's also convenient for reaching the Gole dell'Alcantara park, just a few kilometers away.

23/10/2025: This restaurant may as well be one of the best places I’ve ever had dinner. We found it online and decided to check it out spontaneously, and just wow. The garden is beautiful, with several citrus trees. Super romantic atmosphere. All the staff has specific roles, so the sommelier only does take wine orders, the waitresses only bring food and take away empty plates or refill empty glasses and there are separate people for taking food orders or bringing out the bill. Although it might feel a bit slow (reading some of the other comments), there definitely is a system in place that works well. And then the food… eating a variety of vegetarian food has been difficult in Sicily. Not at this restaurant; they have an amazing selection of high quality vegetarian food. Probably the best vegetarian food we’ve ever had. We started with a delicious burrata and tomatoes, then lemon linguini, fried artichoke and shared two desserts. We did not have any wine, just two bottles of water and I was surprised with how low the bill was for the amazing quality of food. Feels like dining in a Michelin setting, but for a super reasonable price. Thank you to the staff for this amazing experience!
19/10/2025: The place is enchanting at first glance. The garden is beautifully kept, and the exposed stone gives the setting a sense of age. In short: beautiful! Except for the interior, which is a bit bare. The quality of the food is truly high. The raw fish is delicious, and the tagliolini with purple shrimp and Bronte pistachios are truly special. I highly recommend it! The value for money, for Taormina, is extremely good. The focaccia served with olive oil—a local custom, but usually only with bread—is also very good. The service is attentive. Nothing special, but definitely worthy of the place.
