It was very hot, and we mistakenly ate outside. It would have been perfect for the evening. A little less so for lunch, so it's better to eat inside. The children, however, were able to play freely in front of us.

I had a very good meal. The duck in the photo was very tasty and tender. The staff was very kind. Convenient parking. It also has an outdoor area overlooking Lake Chiusi with outdoor tables.

The cuisine is simple (homemade), original, and excellent. We don't regret leaving the highway for this gourmet stop in a pleasant setting. The service was perfect and fast.

Excellent local food, a carefully curated and varied menu. It's located in a scenic spot overlooking Lake Chiusi. We went for lunch and had a pretty good time. But returning in the evening was even better. Friendly service, excellent service, and delicious lake cuisine. The brustico, a typical grilled lake fish dish, and the tegamaccio fish soup are excellent, as is the pasta with rabbit and artichoke ragù. Crispy lake panzanella and slow-cooked veal 'sopracoastra' were other pleasant surprises. The atmosphere was very relaxed on the shore of the silent lake. A truly wonderful evening. Extensive wine list, both regional and international.

It's nice to have lunch overlooking the lake. I found the first courses excellent, but I don't recommend the fish sausage as an appetizer; it's nothing special and overpriced for what you get.

06/08/2025: Thank you for fulfilling our special requests for warm sandwiches. The olive oil I brought back as a souvenir tastes great. It's worth a visit and is also a great place for breakfast or a snack in the area. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
02/08/2025: But the name was more fitting...: THE HOPE... to be able to return as soon as possible..!! There's ample parking next to the shop; seating is limited, but they always make sure to set up tables to accommodate you. The food is rustic, the cured meats and cheeses have Tuscan flavors. You can choose your sandwich fillings, or, like we did, opt for platters (also your choice; they put whatever you ask for). The bread and schiacciata are also very fresh, and the cakes are homemade and delicious. The service is fast, and the staff is attentive and prompt. Excellent value for money and palate satisfaction!! Highly recommended, and we'll definitely be back. Well done everyone!
