The food is excellent, with their specialty being raw meat aged with passion and care by the owner. He'll give you advice and explain how he ages the meat. He'll also explain today's menu and, based on your tastes, help you choose what you're most interested in. The icing on the cake is the pairings for each dish, with some special gin and tonics (some of which are homemade), which pair perfectly with the dishes you're eating. They also have a wine list. The staff is friendly and professional, and reservations are required.
