We truly enjoyed the restaurant’s ambiance, enhanced by tasteful décor. The food was fresh and of high quality, and despite the restaurant being very busy, the waiting time was quite reasonable. Prices were a little on the higher side, but overall the experience was worthwhile

I'm from Naples and I came to Fiesole for Fiorentina and I found Perseus a beautiful place with tables both outside and inside and in the garden, perfect service, very friendly waiters especially the black one with the braids, very good food, very good compliments ❤️❤️

Excellent restaurant with a large garden room, the upper floor is also very nice, the first floor is delicious, great prices and very kind and helpful staff.

It was a Sunday in early August with friends who already knew the restaurant, so I trusted them. The appetizer was delicious homemade prosciutto. Afterwards, some chose a first course, others a second course... I opted for the tagliata with arugula and lard... here they slice it thinner but it was truly delicious. Side dishes included sautéed herbs, roast potatoes, and the legendary mixed fried vegetables. House wine in a classic flask. Coffee and amaro were the perfect end to this Fiesole lunch. We felt a little out of place here, but the food was so good. I had the sage and butter ravioli and I wish I could eat it again! I forgot to take a picture before I started eating because I was so hungry haha!

Una piacevole scoperta! Abbiamo mangiato davvero bene: piatti toscani autentici e ingredienti di qualità. L’ambiente è accogliente, con un tocco rustico che rende il tutto ancora più piacevole. Servizio cortese e attento, senza fronzoli ma efficace. Ottima la fiorentina, che ha sposato un sangiovese d’eccezione ! Consigliato per chi cerca sapori veri in un contesto tranquillo.

Gran ambiente, camareros perdonadores, ya que empezamos fuera pero luego cambié de opinión como un poco demasiado frío. Teníamos el 1. 2 kg de carne de vacuno. OMG... Cocinado a la perfección. . Incluso encontraron un ciante que me gustó (normalmente no soy un amante del vino tinto).
