I've known this restaurant for years. The food is good. The house wine is acceptable. The service is getting worse and worse. The waiters aren't friendly at all.

We truly enjoyed the restaurant’s ambiance, enhanced by tasteful décor. The food was fresh and of high quality, and despite the restaurant being very busy, the waiting time was quite reasonable. Prices were a little on the higher side, but overall the experience was worthwhile

I'm from Naples and I came to Fiesole for Fiorentina and I found Perseus a beautiful place with tables both outside and inside and in the garden, perfect service, very friendly waiters especially the black one with the braids, very good food, very good compliments ❤️❤️

Una piacevole scoperta! Abbiamo mangiato davvero bene: piatti toscani autentici e ingredienti di qualità. L’ambiente è accogliente, con un tocco rustico che rende il tutto ancora più piacevole. Servizio cortese e attento, senza fronzoli ma efficace. Ottima la fiorentina, che ha sposato un sangiovese d’eccezione ! Consigliato per chi cerca sapori veri in un contesto tranquillo.

19/03/2025: Ottima cena e ottimi piatti da asporto per una festa organizzata. La Zuppa di farro era eccezionale e anche lo spezzatino.
