We had lunch with friends in this restaurant; excellent value for money. The only negative note if I have to be honest, the pappardella with wild boar required more sauce, it was poorly seasoned and unfortunately there was very little wild boar, I would have liked a little more sauce, but otherwise everything was fine, kind and friendly staff. Delicious meat tartare.

27/08/2024: After years I managed to spend an evening in this restaurant. The expectations were not disappointed but I would have preferred to receive a slightly more pampered service. Good and innovative dishes in a city strongly rooted in the territory. Excellent wine list, definitely worth trying is the wine shop with small kitchen.
22/08/2024: Superb discovery during our vacation! Delicious, fine and gourmet dishes! It was a treat, I recommend 1000 times! Thank you for your advice and top notch service.

30/11/2024: We arrived at this restaurant after reading an interesting and nice menu, we had not booked and we had our dog with us. They welcomed us and "served" us with passion and love, telling us their story. Seeing Gianmarco, his mother and Alfredo working there together made me feel part of something that goes beyond eating great food, it's being with family. I was moved several times because it is now rare to find a place where there is a soul. We ate divinely, spending little for the quality of the food. We will return to Montepulciano just for them. Recommended for all those who want to eat well and who know how to respect those who work in the restaurant industry because here the customers are NOT always right! ♥️
29/11/2024: Walking through Montepulciano center we stopped at the "la Briciola" restaurant and we fell in love with the slogan on the menu (In this "house" There is no space for tourist menus. We don't understand the meaning, we have too much respect for tourists for Tuscan cuisine in general and for that of Montepulciano in particular). We found some truly fabulous game and excellent quality meat. Truly impeccable service and friendly, approachable owner. Highly recommended p.s. Next time I'm only coming for the promise about Fiorentina, the boy with the face of Alessio
