We went to this restaurant with friends and I must say that we had a good time. The place is nice and above all very quiet. The waitress/owner very friendly and kind. The food is good and served well. Overall all positive, I recommend a visit.

First evening in Parma. Address chosen on Google. Very good surprise. Exquisite ham lace, perfect gnocchi caccio e pépé and tortelli di erbette. It lifts your spirits on this cold and rainy November evening.

I was recommended Perlage from a friend who once lived in Parma, and returns on a regular basis. Since I lived right around the corner, it was a no-brainer.
He recommended that I should try "Salumi Misto con torta fritta" for antipasti and "Tortelli dErbetta" as 2 local dishes. They did not disappoint!
As you can the see, there was plenty for the antipasti for 2, and it was delicious. The fried bread was a perfect match.
The pasta was incredibly tasty and after these 2 dishes there was no room for dessert.
Very friendly staff but fear how it would be with a full restaurant, since there was only 1 waiter.
Including wine, water and everything, I ended up spending less than 40€.
They didn't seem to have an English menu but I already knew what I wanted. Otherwise hooray for Google Translate.
I can only recommend Perlage if you are in Parma.

Excellent choice for those who are near Parma station or for those who want to reach the center with a short walk. We stopped for a quick bite on our way to Cinque Terre, and we were happily surprised by the quality of this small restaurant. The food and the service were great, and our waiter was friendly and helpful. Since parking has been limited during our vacation, we were happy to see a parking garage across the street from the place, but discovered there actually was parking right in front of the restaurant. Excellent restaurant.

Dopo una ricerca un po' casuale su Trip nelle vicinanze dell'hotel abbiamo selezionato questo ristorante che, oltre a sembrare promettente per i commenti, permetteva di prenotare per quel sabato sera, via Fork. Era anche possibile vedere il menu "generico" delle portate con relativi prezzi.
Il locale è adiacente ad un via di gran traffico, con un cortile anteriore che permette un certo numero di parcheggi.
La situazione ambientale e quindi tranquilla. L'accoglienza è stata molto cortese, anzi gentile e disponibile, compreso un benvenuto di spumantino e schegge di parmigiano.
Abbiamo scelto di assaggiare il -"Cavallo pesto" (= carne di cavallo cruda tritata molto finemente accompagnata da una ottima giardiniera di verdure),
-un piatto di tortelli alle erbette, conditi con burro ed abbondante parmigiano, ottimi
-un guancialino di maiale stracotto al Lambrusco molto saporito e morbidissimo, accompagnato da un altrettanto morbido purea di patate preparato con sensibile grande cura.
-2 dessert (pezzetti di torta sbrisolna con crema, un semifreddo Amalfi Sacher), molto molto gradevoli.
1 bottiglia di Valpolicella rosso, molto intonato ai piatti
2 calici di Primitivo, versione dessert anch'esso molto intonato ai piatti.
Il tutto per un totale di 96€, che abbiamo considerato coerente con la nostra degustazione.
Siamo usciti decisamente soddisfatti.
Ci sentiamo di consigliarlo caldamente.

Ristorante semplice, ma molto carino, con menùdi carne e pesce. Personale gentile e professionale. Noi abbiamo preso un classico raviolo alle erbette tipico parmense e dei tagliolini al lime con battuto di gamberi crudi. Entrambi i primi erano veramente ottimi. Poi avevamo una tagliata di Angus con patate arrosto e un assortimento di salumi della zona con gnocchi di pasta fritta. Anche qui era tutto molto buono, ben preparato e ben presentato. Per finire due dolci, buoni e fatti in casa. Cena innaffiata da un Malvasia della zona, molto aromatico. Bilancio della cena del tutto positivo e con un prezzo più che adeguato.
