Intimate, welcoming place. Rustic but elegant furnishings. Extraordinary meat and fish dishes between tradition and innovation. Excellent desserts. Very attentive and courteous staff. Absolutely worth trying.

ONE WORD.. EXCELLENCE “ Fresh and genuine raw materials, valorization of the territory and search for the most refined simplicity: the Perbacco menu combines the love for traditional Venetian cuisine with the innovative energy of creativity. The flavor comes from the earth, but grows and is enriched with imagination. “ This is what you will find written on the menu and I would like to say that quality and imagination abound and flood the dishes prepared. We arrive in front of the Restaurant/Osteria (detail to be defined because on Maps the place is identified as a Restaurant but then on the website and on the menu it is named as "Osteria & Vineria") we enter and they accompany us to the table. There are three rooms here - The Camino room (where we had dinner) - The River room - The terrace overlooking the river The room where we are has a mix of elegance and simplicity that blends with rustic elements. A beautiful fireplace stands in front of us, and our table is located just to its left. After taking a seat, they bring us the menus, which I must admit were made with great attention to detail. We leaf through the pages of the menu and after careful consideration we decide to have 1 Starter - Fried buffalo mozzarella stuffed with pesto, on tomato coulis 2 First courses - Homemade tagliatelle with white truffle - Tortelli with porcini mushrooms, Grana Padano fondue and parsley oil 1 Second - Sliced ​​Italian Sorana sirloin with baked potatoes and vegetables 1 dessert - Gianduia and chocolate, jar of dark chocolate, sponge cake, orange, ice cream and gianduia mousse We start with the welcome from the house which is brought to us immediately after taking the order. It's a raw ham with a sauce on top, my advice is to eat it all in one bite because the meat and the sauce used go really well together. All the dishes that will then be served are works of art, perfect compositions and the right combination of colors that also make the eye appreciate what will then be eaten. Starting from the appetizer, the buffalo mozzarella. A great combination of flavours, the pesto filling on tomato coulis combined perfectly with the delicate fried mozzarella. The two first courses, strictly with pasta and filling of their own production, were incredible. The Tortelli with porcini mushrooms, Grana Padano fondue and parsley oil were a painting. It seemed that the Grana Padano fondue had been painted on the plate and then enriched in detail by the parsley oil. The porcini mushroom filling was sublime, a shame about the quantity because after less than 5-6 minutes they were already finished. The homemade tagliatelle with white truffle was very light, you can feel that the pasta is done, a big plus. A simple pasta but the truffle raises the bar and quite a bit. Just the right amount for one person, worth trying. The second, in terms of quality and price, has nothing to envy compared to the alternatives that can be found on the menu. The cooking of the meat is excellent (recommended by the waiter) perhaps in some points it needed to be worked a little more but nothing that ruins the experience. The meat is accompanied by a great abundance of side dishes, which however in this case were cooked a little too much (courgettes, aubergines and radicchio... I had to discard some parts) so I invite you to be more careful. To conclude, the dessert, a refined and original elaboration, really good but a little too rich in chocolate. It deceives you for a moment, but the glass is actually made of chocolate, the filling has chocolate chips on top to recreate the soil where the flowers rest, under the chips there is a chocolate and gianduia cream, then the sponge cake. If you manage to finish all this goodness there will be ice cream waiting for you. We didn't succeed, we barely finished the glass and its filling. A more than positive experience, friendly and helpful staff, the bill for two people is around €100 in line with the quality offered. I recommend the visit.

Refined and excellent quality food and environment. Excellent service, the kindness and attention of the waiters exceeded expectations. All the dishes, I have been here more than once, are very well prepared and very good, satisfying from all points of view. Congratulations, well done. Now when I'm in the area it has become a fixed stop, with hotels in the same place it's perfect... because even the wine can be drunk well and it's better not to drive after a bottle of Veneto wine...

abbiamo cenato bene, i prezzi sono un po’ alti però rispecchiano il posto, i ragazzi che lavorano lì sono molto competenti il proprietario molto alla mano, e l’ambiente stile rustico molto piacevole.

Venuto qui due volte, sempre e solo per un veloce aperitivo accompagnando colleghi che alloggiavano poi nelle vicinanze. Non posso dare poche stelle, non lo meritano. Ma ho avuto modo solo di provare spritz e prosecco 😅 ...qualche patatina. Ma la cordialità è sempre valida.

Ottimo ambiente, molto indicato per una cena di coppia o di lavoro, un po' meno per una famiglia con ragazzi. Cibo buono, un po' elaborato ma raffinato e piacevole.

Pranzo domenicale qui con mio marito. Un vero e proprio "rifugio"romantico! Location deliziosa,in stile provenzale,con toni tenui (panna e tortora),un grande camino acceso nella sala principale,ciclamini e ceramiche "kitchen style"in ogni angolo. Dettagli delicati e graziosi,dalle tendine alle candele. Un angolo salumi e formaggi da porzionare al momento,con una meravigliosa affettatrice Berkel manuale. Abbiamo optato per il menu degustazione:tutto molto buono e bel impiattato. Squisiti i ravioli broccoli mascarpone e acciughe. Ottimi anche i secondi (maialino al caffè e tonno alla milanese"). Bella l'idea del tiramisù "espresso" quindi "montato" e servito al tavolo in coppa Martini. Servizio attento e cortese. Carta vini un po'limitata. Indirizzo consigliatissimo!
