Perbacco In Scorzè

The ambiance is delightful, with a pergola overlooking the river that's unique. Inside, too, everything is prepared with care and good taste. The dishes are all interesting. Many are reinterpretations of well-known dishes, but they're cleverly reimagined without distorting the original.

Charming atmosphere and a very well-maintained location. Cleanliness and very pleasant and, above all, professional management. The food is delicious and well-executed by the kitchen, which is certainly professional. The dishes are very interesting and worth trying. The risotto was fantastic. Ample parking. Excellent wine cellar with a wide selection of wines of various types.

Ristorante Perbacco is located along the Dese River in the municipality of Scorzè. The location is lovely, although I personally enjoyed the outdoor seating area much more than the indoor one, where you can eat along the riverbank. The food is certainly good quality, with delicious, fresh ingredients. However, the main criticism, in my opinion, lies in the portion sizes, which, at least for the pasta dish, were lacking in my opinion. I found the service a bit cold and overly formal, and it lacked that touch of warmth that perhaps would have enhanced our dinner experience. My experience at Ristorante Perbacco was not marked by any positives or negatives. So, all in all, I think the three stars are fair for the experience I had, and I don't discourage it; on the contrary, with a few small adjustments, it would certainly have improved my opinion.

An average restaurant, but I personally don't think we'll return. Overall, it wasn't a particularly impressive experience. The prices, in my opinion, are a bit high for what's on offer. The appetizers were good, while the first courses had rather small portions for the price. The second courses were average. The service was also decent: I didn't feel like I was receiving any special attention. The best part of the whole experience is definitely the outdoor setting, which is lovely.

We were on our way to Tarvisio and decided to stop for dinner at this restaurant, which we found on TripAdvisor because it immediately inspired us. We can say it fully met our expectations. The atmosphere is very welcoming, and the staff was extremely kind and helpful, making us feel immediately at ease. Even though we hadn't booked and it was already 9:30 PM, they welcomed us with great courtesy. They also advised us on our dish selection, revealing some excellent options. It was a truly pleasant break before continuing our journey. A place we'd happily recommend!

There's nothing to complain about about this excellent restaurant, which delighted our palates and left a lasting impression of our visit. Stefano is capable and professional, and manages the place very well, honoring the founders. The staff are attentive and friendly. The prices are in line with the quality of the dishes. Recommended!

Excellent baker. The dishes and desserts are truly excellent and beautifully presented. The wine list is also excellent.

I was there 12 or 13 years ago, and I have to say I remembered the experience at this restaurant very well. :) We were guests of friends today for a communion, and everything was perfect from the start, with the welcome aperitif, to the end, with the dessert. Impeccable service, always accompanied by kindness, courtesy, and a smile. We'll definitely be back. Thank you :)
