We are from the USA but live in Italy part-time. My friend Orieta from Cornuda, Italy recommended this lovely establishment for lunch. When we have friends and family visit us, our go-to lunch is Per. The cheese board is fantastic! We love the menu that is accompanied, in English, with the cheese board. It tells all about the different cheese including the milk from cows, goats, and buffalo, plus the different flavor compounds incorporated into the cheeses. There is an incredible selection of beer and wine. The baked potato with creamy melted cheese and mortadella is delicious and so is the fondue, and the meatballs. Their homemade bread is heavenly. The tour of the cheese facility is in the same building. The guide speaks wonderful English and is passionate about the processes to making these award winning cheeses. She is a lovely and knowledgeable woman. We also enjoy their shop where you can purchase their award winning cheeses. Along with breads, yogurt, meats, beer, chocolates, and gifts, this is an unforgettable experience.

Beautiful dairy, extreme attention and sensitivity towards the customer. Linda, our guide, accompanied us on a journey through the history of the dairy and in a unique sensorial experience... refining her fresh caciottine with perfumes and essences, guiding us personally. Absolutely highly recommended!
