The restaurant is located in Piazza dell'Anfiteatro, offering a relaxing atmosphere. All the dishes we tried were meticulously prepared and tasted excellent. The wine list is excellent. Michele served us with great warmth and friendliness. Recommended.

Maybe because we came early, there were no other customers in the restaurant. The food was served quickly. As time went by, the seats gradually filled up. The food was delicious.

Excellent food, including the raw fish, really valuable for raw material (we are Ligurian and, honestly, we were a bit skeptical but we were pleasantly more than surprised) and a special mention to the service of Michele and his colleague, very professional and friendly. Really good.

Welcoming environment, with attention to detail and perfect for any occasion. The service was impeccable, with attentive, courteous and professional staff. Thanks also to Simona the owner who with her attentive presence, passionate about her work, manages to convey her love for cooking and for customers. The cuisine stands out for the quality of the ingredients and the attention to the presentation of the dishes. MUST TRY!!!

Excellent quality food and service. This is not one of the scammy touristy restaurants even though it’s in the touristy zone. Highly recommended!

Beau restaurant au service impeccable, les prix ne sont finalement pas tellement plus cher qu’ailleurs, le repas fut délicieux et les petits à côté offerts ont été appréciés. Une belle surprise, nous y retournerons !

Très bonne cuisine et belle terrasse. En plein sur la place iconique de Lucques, ce restaurant est une très belle adresse ! Remarquable à tout point de vue ! Viande et poisson sont superbes, vin très bon et bon digestif !

25/06/2025: the experience was surprisingly positive. As the name suggests, you expect a simple, informal environment with affordable prices. And so it was: We ate a lot, spending very little, but the real surprise was the quality: definitely above expectations for a place of this type. The service was calm, easy-going and friendly, perfectly in line with the style of the place. You don't expect formality, but rather hospitality and simplicity, and in this Bar Stadio fully hits the target. The environment is consistent with the name: essential, informal, no frills, but authentic. A place that knows exactly what it wants to offer — and does it well.

22/06/2025: When I manage to take a few days off, one of the main stops is Gigi and Beatrice's Forchetta... everything is truly special. Excellent food of great quality, cooked by great chefs... helpful and friendly staff, what can I say.... The TOP of the TOP.. SUPER RECOMMENDED 💖
