Beau restaurant au service impeccable, les prix ne sont finalement pas tellement plus cher qu’ailleurs, le repas fut délicieux et les petits à côté offerts ont été appréciés. Une belle surprise, nous y retournerons !

Beautiful restaurant with impeccable service, the prices are ultimately not much more expensive than elsewhere, the meal was delicious and the little extras were appreciated. A nice surprise, we will return!

Très bonne cuisine et belle terrasse. En plein sur la place iconique de Lucques, ce restaurant est une très belle adresse ! Remarquable à tout point de vue ! Viande et poisson sont superbes, vin très bon et bon digestif !

We had a delicious dinner here tonight and loved it! Michael was our server and was fantastic. I appreciated that they had vegetarian/vegan options. Also a great wine menu. Highly recommend!

Overlooking the Piazza Anfiteatro, the restaurant is furnished in a modern and sufficiently welcoming way. The menu offers local ingredients and preparations reworked in a more contemporary way. It also includes raw fish preparations, which are less demanding in preparation. The courses alternate between preparations that have little connection between ingredients and final result, others that are sufficient and then those that are excellent such as desserts (not all of them, however). Good wine list. The staff is quick and courteous. Overall, the service/price ratio is only adequate.

A standout place on piazza Anfiteatro - which is normally a tourist hotspot where price and quality don’t match up favorabky. Definitely not true for peperosa. Food is prepared with love and care. Some original takes on classic italian flavours. Elevated but not abstract. Great attention to the quality of the ingredients and their provenance - and that’s the heart of Italian Food. Great option to enjoy the bustle of piazza d’A without having to compromise on taste!

Very welcoming and elegant restaurant. Refined and tasty dishes. Adequate value for money. Many compliments to the sommelier Michele, nice and very affable, shame about the football preferences... we would definitely go back...
