A classic restaurant. Our dishes were tasty, but not exciting. A decent wine list. Friendly staff. We were seated in the cellar, which we didn't like.

Someone clearly cared deeply once, and there are flashes of greatness. The pork cheek appetizer was amazing. Our montepulciano was stellar. The beef tartare was chewy, although complemented nicely by onion and Dijon. The amuse-bouche was a truly great nutty cheese, but when I asked what it was, the answer was “cheese” (to be fair, we were speaking English, but we can get by in Italian and the staff started with English so we stayed there). They brought a starting drink, which was a lovely and appreciated gesture, but then our bottle of wine and starters arrived before we had taken a few sips of it. The sauce on the gnocchi shone, but the gnocchi itself was damp, tongue-clinging, and flavorless. We did not try the seafood and did not stay for dessert, so those might be great, but for a place with a Michelin mention at one point it wasn’t there.

The professionalism of the staff and the owner, together with the excellent dishes, made our lunch an unforgettable experience!

Delightful dinner and fantastic staff… the fresh seafood is seasonal, so whatever is the special, you can count on being delicious. Everyone there is so knowledgeable and helpful , they truly made our night special!

Ristorante ubicato su piazza dell'Anfiteatro la quale regala un'atmosfera rilassante. Tutte le portate provate si presentavano molto curate nei dettagli e dai sapori eccellenti. Ottima la carta dei vini. Ci ha servito Michele con molta cordialità e simpatia. Consigliato.
