Very fresh fish and excellent quality. A bit of a "hanged" place... slightly high price but I repeat that the quality was excellent so I can accept it.

With a bit of delay I'm finally writing this well-deserved review. We spent 2 weeks on holiday in Lignano Sabbiadoro and we always went to eat at this restaurant because we think we are the best, especially for Italians (a little fancier) like us. We ate both pizza and cuisine in the 4 times we were there. All good, but above all the fantastic service. Waiters now rare to find, friendly, kind, attentive especially to our son who treated him like a little King. We will miss Kevin and Veronica, super good, especially Kevin's advice on wines and more. More than for the sea, we will miss Lignano for its chilli pepper & co 😆

Waren innerhalb 10 Tagen insgesamt 3x hier. Was soll ich sagen, Bedienung einfach Perfekt. Essen perfekt und war immer sehr sehr schnell am Tisch. Ich liebe dieses Restaurant einfach. Würde wenn ich könnte 10 Punkte vergeben. Kann es nur jedem Empfehlen!!!

But what a beautiful discovery in Lignano!! What seems like a place for tourists actually eats and drinks really well!!! Super friendly staff and fast service even with the place full!!! OPTIMAL!!

Excellent value for money, well-maintained location, abundant tasty dishes and careful plating, the staff is always attentive to the customer and an extra compliment for Kevin who controls all the tables with a friendly and never intrusive presence

20/08/2024: Family lunch with our one year old son. Excellent food and noteworthy hospitality: not only attentive, but also smiling and friendly. The entrance staircase was slightly uncomfortable for us who had a stroller, but perhaps there was an alternative solution and we didn't inquire. They provided the little one with a dedicated extra menu (mouth-watering gnocchi with meat sauce) and a clean and very comfortable high chair. Finally: we were celebrating a birthday and the simple birthday candle that we had brought from home was replaced by a super pyrotechnic candle (see photo). One of those small gestures that make you feel at home. We will definitely be back!
11/08/2024: All very, very good, we ordered venison carpacio, mixed platter as a starter, rabbit, venison and oricchiete, all for three people which we obviously exchanged so we could savor them. In short, you can eat very well at Maria's. I recommend a visit. Thanks for your availability. Good work. Three motorcyclists passing by.

Bar Ristorante Da Gioia

15/12/2024: Returning from Monte Verzegnis we went in for a beer and left with a full belly. Peering between the dishes and captivated by that unmistakable scent of polenta and "stiç", we couldn't resist... and it was worth it! Warm atmosphere and super friendly service. Beautiful discovery!
09/12/2024: The small exhibition in front of the restaurant (open in the summer) is beautiful and illustrates the geology and history of the cultivation of the "red Verzegnis", the "marble" quarried at high altitude. period photos, a beautiful image on the window sticker and the building itself, which was the arrival point of the quarry cableway, contribute to the suggestion. Well done!
