The food was, as in previous years, very good. This year we were served by a new waiter (a male with short dark hair). Unfortunately, he was very unfriendly, completely lacking in empathy...almost irritating. He gave the impression that he didn't enjoy serving people. We felt extremely uncomfortable asking if we could have another straw and ice cubes, as he always reacted very abruptly. This is definitely not how it should be...The boss should keep an eye on this employee.

Very kind owner, I wanted to consume at the counter just to be able to use the toilet, and the owner kindly welcomed me, offering me, with a smile, to use the services without consuming. Kindness always wins: I will come to eat here!!

We have enjoyed coming here again and again for years. The food is excellent and the fish dishes are the best you can get in Lignano. Mussels in tomato sauce were the best we have ever eaten. I would eat pizza anywhere else, even though they aren't bad either.

Whenever we are in Lignano we go to eat at Perperoncino. Sensationally good food, friendly and courteous service, nice atmosphere. One of the best restaurants we and wide.

14/05/2025: It's the setting that makes the prosciutto good. Or the smoked trout or any prosecco you want to drink. It's like being inside a scenography on this terrace where the umbrellas soften the lights and flavors and if you look towards San Daniele you see the hill, one of those that could seem like a slice resting, ready to be enjoyed, enjoyed, enjoyed.
