As so often, a perfect dinner with pizza and tiramisu

Personally the best pizzeria in Trieste. Discovered by chance, it turned out to be a gem. Wide choice of pizzas also with local ingredients, unquestionable quality, very fast service and friendly staff. I also recommend the Italian starter: plentiful and delicious. Prices are competitive. There is not only pizza, it is also possible to order first and second courses.

Pizzeria in an almost central area of ​​Trieste, next to the Court. Large and spacious place with friendly and knowledgeable, as well as kind, staff. Possibility of gluten-free dough (Gluten free) but only for people who adopt the Gluten free lifestyle and not Celiacs (as the pizza is cooked in the same oven even if in a pan). Pizza with excellent quality ingredients with Caputo flour, a sign of attention to the dough. The only flaw is that the pizza is rubbery on the edge and, as connoisseurs of Neapolitan pizza, it is a little excessively chewy (few air bubbles so to speak, as per the photo). Excellent tiramisu, but I would recommend changing the name as it has nothing of tiramisu, without coffee and without ladyfingers even if very good. Overall I recommend the place and suggest some corrections to the staff/owners to bring the place to its maximum! Average price!

Crowded and noisy environment. Poorly cooked pizza

1 fried starter to divide between 2, 2 mixed salads, 1 portion of friggitelli, 4 first courses, water and coffee = €25 each. Everything EXCELLENT and plentiful. Service ok, they don't shine with a smile but professional. Advised!

Very nice place 10 minutes from the center of Trieste. Very kind and attentive staff. My partner and I got the pizza and it was a super positive surprise! Soft but not soft dough, crunchy crust and excellent quality ingredients! My gluten free pizza was DELICIOUS! When booking you must specify to reserve the gluten-free dough as they are counted (dough made by them). Excellent value for money!

After having been there with colleagues a few years ago and not having found it well, we wanted to try this place again and I had the confirmation of my previous evaluation. "Napoli" type pizza, undercooked and chewy, unorganized service, normal prices.
