Intrigued, we entered and to our great surprise we discovered a little hidden gem: a restaurant that offered us an authentic and unforgettable culinary experience. As soon as we crossed the back door, we found ourselves immersed in a welcoming and intimate atmosphere, where the soul and flavors of the Apulian land welcomed us with warmth. What made our lunch even more special was Maria, the owner, who with kindness and professionalism was able to recommend typical dishes rich in tradition. Each course told a story made of the freshest ingredients and recipes that respect the local culture. From first courses to desserts, everything was an explosion of authentic and genuine flavours, which were able to amaze even the most demanding palates in our company. Maria, with her infectious smile and an evident passion for her work, transformed our lunch into a memorable experience, making us feel at home. His kindness and competence made the service impeccable, adding a further touch of human warmth that we will hardly forget.
