A beautiful experience, both from a culinary and human point of view. First of all, thanks to chef Luca, his wife and all the staff, people with whom I would sincerely enjoy going out to dinner. Then in dishes all with rich, complex but never arrogant flavours. Almost a star comfort food. As a Piedmontese I really, really appreciated boiled tongue. I wouldn't have been ashamed to do an encore.

Very welcoming and intimate place, however, the dishes spoke for themselves, describing Puglia, its lands but above all the sea 🌊.
At the beginning we expected a classic service like in a tavern but the delicacies and small courtesies of the waiters spoiled us to perfection.
Congratulations to all the staff and to the legendary chef/sommelier who took us on a journey among the Apulian vines with delicious wines that matched the dishes 💚
We will definitely be back on another occasion ☺️

Oh yes, because already by looking at the first courses we understood that we would have eaten very well. The arancini with sauces, the puffed rice with celeriac, a succession of emotions for the palate.
Not to mention the restaurant's signature dish, tagliolini with lemon butter, sea urchin bisque and pea puree, not to be missed among the dishes you order. In short, you eat and feel good, thanks to the attention that Luca and Rossella reserve for you throughout the service, expertly accompanying the choice of dishes with the right wines, resulting in pleasant discoveries.

A pleasant discovery.... We had dinner here after my personal research, I was very curious, given the reviews, and my expectations were absolutely exceeded! Enchanting location, excellent welcome and truly superlative cuisine. Refined dishes and balanced flavours, quality raw materials, we will definitely be back!!!!

What to say to best describe this EXPERIENCE... Prepare to enter an alternative dimension, where the music, the atmosphere, the team in the room (and inside the kitchen) and, last but not least, the food, contribute to making this sensorial intertwining almost epic. Young chef but with great international experience and a lot of passion for what he does every day together with his life partner. Also worth trying in winter with different dishes and aromas. Rating: 10. Ps. We can look even higher, good luck! Pps. It is useless to dwell on some courses in particular because they are all part of a journey, each of which is therefore fundamental and irreplaceable.

What a wonderful experience! You are received with a warm and welcoming smile. The service is out of this world, everything is carefully explained, the wine suggestions were perfect, the food.. be prepared to be surprised and to enjoy every single plate. One of the best culinary experiences this year.

Our dinner at Pentole e Provette was impeccable, some of the best cuisine we have ever tasted. The place is small, intimate and welcoming, the owners are fabulous, they immediately put you at ease, with friendliness and professionalism. They explain the dishes to you with passion and the tasting starts from their story. An incredible love for their work shines through. A highly recommended experience, we really can't wait to return!
