I have been going to eat at the Pedretti Severina restaurant for many years and the quality is always the best you could ask for. Typical dishes of Bolognese cuisine and the service is fast. You always feel at home.

It was recommended to me by friends and I finally went with a friend. We ate an exceptional rabbit hunter and the fried fish was equally delicious. We will be back soon.

La cucina è semplice e genuina. L’ambiente è accogliente e familiare. I Locali sono retrò ma puliti è ordinati. Ci siamo trovati benissimo.

28/01/2025: Typical Bolognese trattoria where I ate with some colleagues. Appetizer of cold cuts and cheeses where squaquerone with caramelized figs stands out. First courses to try are tortellini in broth and pumpkin tortellacci with butter and nutmeg, excellent Angus steak. Good crema catalana. Honest prices in the average

06/02/2025: Mixed cold cuts with baked crescenta Artichoke and mushroom lasagne and ossobuco with peas, sweet tiramisu and trifle medium-high prices, good quality, recommended
05/01/2025: Different feelings for different meals. Tortellini with panna were good and also dry passatelli with bacon zucchini and saffron. Lamb chops were sour and portion quite small. Rabbit was a good portion, particular but unexpected its lemon sauce. Sangiovese bottle was good. Staff pretty polite but, uncomfortable the body smell of a waiter, sadly covering food perfume while passing by.
