Pazzaglia is a perfect example of how prime locations are never fully capitalized by the proprietors. Nothing more disappointing than being exposed to commercial naivety and in this case, further aggravated by the owner lording over his staff with constant criticism and insults. If your staff is incompetent, fire them and do it yourself but please don’t force your views onto the patrons who quite frankly don’t give a damn about your self-inflicted pain! Notwithstanding, it’s a great spot for people watching and enjoying a summer aperitif.

A beautiful historic venue, with homemade pastries and even a dessert they invented during the war! We stopped for an aperitivo: friendly service, excellent cocktails, a wide selection of gins and quality products, and fair prices. Along with the cocktails, they serve toasted and salted almonds and bread chips with oil and rosemary. They also offer various aperitivo options (sandwiches, canapés, etc.). We opted for a €12 platter. We were very satisfied!

I happened to be passing by and noticed that this historic pastry shop also served lunch. I tried the Terni-style ciriole (delicious!) and the enchanted apple. The coffee was also excellent. Despite the location and historic setting, the prices were excellent! Excellent service with friendly staff.

Great café, all the different pastries and desserts are excellent. The Christmas and Easter desserts are super good. The staff is very friendly, and the service is excellent and super fast. Congratulations, 10 out of 10 to everyone.

Every time I go into Bar Pazzaglia in Terni it's like finding a nice surprise. I almost always have an American coffee, but what really wins me over are the tramezzini: very fresh, delicious, a real treat. Every bite gives me a little emotion, that authentic satisfaction that only things made with care can give. And what about croissants and pastries? Absolute goodness! The staff is always kind, attentive and professional, and this makes the difference. I like to sit in the internal room, where I find the privacy and tranquility that I seek: a little refuge in the heart of the city. A special place, which I sincerely recommend. 25/08/2025: A Gem in Guardea: The V-Bar! I had the pleasure of discovering the V-Bar in Guardea and was absolutely won over! It's a truly beautiful place, with attention to detail, where you immediately feel a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere. The quality of their offerings is exceptional. I had the opportunity to try their pizza, and I can say it's delicious, one of the best in the area. Their pastries are equally impressive, with delicious melt-in-the-mouth pastries, perfect to accompany an excellent coffee, intense and black, just the way I like it. You can tell right away that they pay great attention to the quality of their ingredients. But the real added value of this place is the staff. The baristas are incredibly friendly and kind, always smiling and helpful. The service is impeccable: fast, efficient, and courteous, an aspect not to be underestimated and that makes the experience even more enjoyable. In short, V-Bar is a place I recommend to everyone, whether for breakfast, a coffee break, an aperitif, or a pizza with friends. A place that perfectly combines beauty, goodness, and kindness. Don't miss it!
