Got to know about this place through insta,
Unfortunately I could try it only when all the morning pastries were finished.
Tried a Croissant 🥐 which was Buttery and Tasty,
But could've been more tastier due to Lack of being Crispy.
Service is Good too.
Overall a Nice & cozy Place.

Impeccable service and super nice and helpful waiters.
Excellent food, I absolutely recommend La Rossa, a fabulous brioche with a particular shape, super crunchy on the outside with a dehydrated raspberry covering that gives off an incredible scent. Inside is a delicious raspberry cream for those who love a strong flavour.
All accompanied by an incredible ginseng coffee, for me the best and most fragrant I have ever tasted.
Advice for the future: in my opinion, new offers should always be made for all students. The offers could always vary based on the typical week: veggie breakfast or savory breakfast or flash offer 🍓...

Very nice place in the center of Milan. Good croissants with a wide choice. I also had the very good panettone.

Pavé is turning 12, born from the desire of three young friends to create an informal place where they can have a good, or rather excellent, breakfast (what its founders wanted to call "breakfast revolution". A result achieved. In the twelve years that have passed, Pavé has grown without losing, as sometimes happens, the spirit and quality of the beginning. After the original location in via Casati, another café was opened in via della Commenda, as well as two ice cream parlors that meet the same quality criteria in use. of raw materials and processing techniques. It is therefore, first and foremost, a laboratory, where those good things that the three young founders themselves would have liked to find at breakfast and which they have chosen to share with those who seek in the breakfast is an experience. Because this is what it's about when you enter Pavé. It will be the very metropolitan informality of the spaces, the welcoming attitude of the staff, the authentic character, even just at sight, of the desserts offered. Among these, the leavened, starting from croissants in various variations (for us, the best in the city) are the heart of Pavé's offering. We suggest the coffee braid and the double baked one. The single-portion cakes are also excellent. Panettone is also available all year round and, during the Christmas period, is also made in different variations. But the quality of Pavé does not only come from the sweet side. Already at breakfast (see the donut with stracciatella and raw ham), but, even more so, during the lunch break, it is possible to appreciate the savory version, with "informal" dishes (including pizza from Bari) and creative ones with notable personality. To be accompanied with (a few) wines by the glass or (a few) craft beers.
Therefore, the perfect place also for brunch.
The coffee is very good (which is not always a given) in both the espresso and filtered versions.
Last but not least, Pavé bakes different types of bread every day (in limited quantities) - produced with sourdough and flours from Italian artisan mills - which has nothing to envy of the breads baked by renowned Milanese bakeries.

Very good breakfast, both sweet and savory. In season, the mascarpone and fig tart is truly AMAZING! Friendly and helpful service. I come back often and it's a pleasure.
