Patrick's pizza in Villanova Mondovì is an absolute guarantee. The pizza is truly delicious: I end up ordering it for lunch during the week, as well as dinner, because it never disappoints. The staff is always friendly and kind, making you feel looked after and pampered from the first to the last minute. A special mention goes to the pizza chef behind the oven, who interacts with customers and manages to create a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere: he truly makes for a wonderful evening. The place is very beautiful, welcoming, and always clean. Highly recommended!

We happened upon it late at night, and they gave us a warm welcome. The pizza was light and made with fresh ingredients. The stuffed farinata was excellent as an appetizer. The beer was very much appreciated, and to finish, the dessert was superb (mascarpone-flavored tart with a chocolate center and apricot jam). A special thanks to the waitress (Giulia), who we found to be very professional, kind, and attentive.

Visiting my family in Mondovi and we went for a pizza to Patrick. I would like to say Thank you for showing my little boys how to make a pizza. They were in heaven. Patrick, you have a stunning staff. Great service, very knowledgeable and friendly. Hopefully we should see you soon.

I'll start by saying I've been going there for many years. It's a place with unique and wonderful decor, good pizzas, delicious craft beers, and the delicious, unique Bianchi coffee blends. Quality, fair price. I recommend it, especially because it's probably one of the few pizzerias open for lunch.

09/02/2026: We came here for dinner and were very impressed. The place is elegant and refined, perfect for an intimate dinner. The food was very good and the service was excellent. We highly recommend it.
25/01/2026: Dining at l'inedito is a warm caress on a cold day. The expertly prepared dishes transform simple flavors into true explosions of flavor on the palate. Truffles are served generously, and the vast selection of wines allows for a wide range of tastes. And the caress continues with the bread and breadsticks. Their charcoal-baked focaccia is spectacular. Soft and with a grain of salt on the surface balancing the sweetness, it transforms it into an unexpected treat. We ordered a Barbera d'Asti, which paired with the venison enhanced its flavor, sweetness, and aromas. Their desserts are not to be missed: the Barolo tiramisu, with its crunchy note, transforms the strong flavor of the Barolo into a perfectly balanced sweetness. The golden egg, on the other hand, is beautiful to look at and delicious to eat. A spectacle of flavor. I'll save my comment on the wait staff for last. If eating at L'Inedito is a warm caress, the wait staff is the blanket that warms you. Always attentive, with a constant presence but never intrusive. They are ninjas! The bread appeared on its own!!! Highly recommended!
