Excellent chips at a really fair price. Lots of veg options, burgers and meatballs. Furthermore, different types of chips, 30 different sauces (veg and non-veg) and one included in the price.

I must say that I met patatata about 3 years ago, and I have always felt good, but today I felt "scam", I arrive and ask for a medium cone to take away for a total of €4.50, the boy with the dreadlocks helps me in a listless manner. The chips are put in a bag and without my knowledge instead of making a medium cone a small cone is made. I never expected this... Correction: I came back and this time I found a very kind guy, and this time the chips were really in a medium cone and not small, so I'm adding a star, but I can't give more than 3 stars because seeing the other reviews too I'm not the only one to have encountered listless staff. So patata is a good place but it depends on who you find serving you the chips in my opinion.

Guys, let me tell you, potato is a guarantee when you are wandering around Bologna at night and you want something good to eat. Lots of sauces and quick service, unfortunately the counter is small and when there are a lot of people you have to fight to order

Voglio ringraziare Piergiorgio per la sua gentilezza e pazienza. Molto cordiale e disponibile. Mette passione nel suo lavoro e si vede. Inoltre, ha anche ottimi gusti musicali, è un piacere aspettare il proprio cibo.

Vado spesso da Patatata per sgranocchiare qualcosa e i loro coni di patate sono ottimi. Quello che colpisce del posto è la grandissima varietà di patate e salse da scegliere, oltre che poter mangiare anche hot dogs, altri fritti ecc. Ormai locale di fiducia, ragazzi simpaticissimi…ci vediamo presto

09/03/2024: The place is always full but the managers always find a solution to satisfy the customer. Varied and healthy buffet aperitif, for every taste or type of diet. There are many cooked vegetables that are difficult to find in similar places. I've been going there for years and it will always be my favorite.
22/02/2024: too many people crowding around the buffet to fill their stomachs. The place itself is beautiful and the staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The aperitif was nice but the assault on the buffet diminishes what was said above about the staff. Definitely a choice of the property but given the great possibilities of the place... in my opinion it could be transformed into a small pearl

07/04/2024: This place is located at the foot of the two towers of Bologna and is really welcoming! There is no table service and orders are made at the totem with a very large and easy to understand screen for all ages at the entrance on the third floor or just near the stairs on the first floor!! There is also a very nice terrace with tables and chairs overlooking Piazza Ravegnana, from which you can eat and enjoy a beautiful view!! The food is all delicious and made fresh on site with genuine, handmade products! The red tortelloni with walnuts and gorgonzola are delicious and the tagliatelle and tortellini are also exceptional! Tigelle and fried gnocco or crescentine whatever you want to call them are very good and tasty made when ordering and the really delicious cold cuts such as mortadella, pink salami, raw salami and normal salami! Water is included upon consumption and without paying anything extra! The breakfast was also good with croissants, donuts and fried tortelli with sweet ricotta, lemon zest and honey...a delight!!! I really recommend it!! Drop by if you're passing through Bologna, you won't regret it!!!
07/04/2024: If you want to stop in front of the 2 towers and eat something typical in a short time without giving up taste, tradition, and above all quality, don't complicate your life, come here. Professional, courteous, quick staff, despite the influx of people. Excellent breakfast, the best cream brioche in Bologna. High quality of food and service, small portions, prices a little high but justified. There is a lot of people coming and going especially at peak hours, but the restaurant, on several floors, is tidy, clean and also offers more relaxing areas if you book. Possibility to buy some excellent takeaway products as well as fresh pasta. The red beetroot tortelloni stuffed with mushrooms...wow!
