For those who appreciate the quality of the products, this is undoubtedly a point of reference.
You don't just eat cured meats and cheeses here; you experience a taste experience, flavors, and traditions.
They also have a wide range of wines, including a line for the most refined palates.
If you want the usual cheap platter, this isn't the place, but if you want to experience a special evening, it is definitely the place.
Max is friendly, explains the products, and is available to answer any questions.

We had dinner at Pata Negra in Quartu Sant'Elena and it was a truly enjoyable experience.
The restaurant is welcoming and well-kept, with an intimate atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at ease. The true highlight of the evening was the quality of the products: an excellent selection of hams and cheeses, all with an authentic and refined flavor.
We particularly appreciated the owner's passion and expertise, who accompanied us during the tasting, explaining the origins, processing methods, and characteristics of each product served. It wasn't just a dinner, but a true food and wine journey, enriched by stories and curiosities that made the experience even more interesting.
Recommended for those who love authentic flavors and want to learn more about their dishes. We'll definitely be back!

Max is amazing! He's incredibly knowledgeable and has a great ability to source products that others would be unable to find. Now that he's certainly become an institution, it's easier, but when he started the idea of holding more than 10 hams on a rack, it certainly showed a lot of courage! Congratulations on his in-depth knowledge of the product he deals with and, above all, his incredible knowledge of his territory! It's a pleasure to stop by, whether for a different dinner in the evening or to take home some excellent products in the morning!
