What can I say? Expectations fully met! A very comfortable atmosphere, well-organized, and a superb variety of local produce and artisanal creations. The wines? I've never seen such a comprehensive wine list in a "bottega," some very important and from diverse origins. Massimo, the owner, is knowledgeable and passionate. As a colleague, a sommelier since '84, I applaud him and invite you to visit him! 🍀

Eating in this place is not only a taste experience but also a journey to paradise, ferried to paradise... The waiter who served us was very good and super professional. He told us the story of each course making us fall in love even before with our head and our palate. An experience that by booking you can have gluten-free which makes everything even more inclusive. A place not to be missed! Two set menus (30 and 45€) with meat specialties, Sardinian and Spanish jamon and local delicacies, all presented with passion and expertise by the very kind owner, Max. Quiet and cozy atmosphere, truly a valid place!

Fantastic experience! With a friend we decided at the last minute to try Max's Jamoneria and change the "usual things" for an evening ... idea born after seeing a post on a platform ... fantastic place hundreds of cured meats cheeses creams and everything and more ..... all typical and unique Sardinian and Spanish products ..... we tried a caneat ... very satisfying .... very high quality food .... unique products that cannot be found anywhere in Italy as Max has the exclusive ..... among the many specialties we tried a 10 year old pata negra jamón .... what can I tell you ..... explosive flavor .. it melted in the mouth with the simple human warmth .... Max super helpful and professional at every course describes from A to Z what you are about to eat! He answers any question ... you can tell he loves what he does, it's a library of information! His shop is a magical place full of unique products and supreme quality! Place with few seats I recommend booking! Price higher than average...but for the quality and uniqueness of the products it is more than fair!!!

Unforgettable dinner! The goodness of the food and the friendliness of the gentleman who served us are truly unique. Kindness, great knowledge of raw materials and passion for his work are the characteristics of the gentleman who looked after us throughout the evening. We opted for the light menu which I must say filled us up well; it all consists of welcome tapas, followed by carasau bread with French butter and anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea, goat's haunches and finally a plate of Patanegra ham and semi-wild Desulo ham cut with a knife accompanied by mustard and fruit. Also well advised on the choice of wine, given that there is a very wide choice. Highly recommended place if you are in Quartu or Cagliari!
