Pastificio Remelli In Valeggio sul mincio

After visiting the beautiful village of Valeggio sul Mincio, we decided not to go to a typical restaurant, but instead (as we've done on other occasions) to try an artisanal pasta shop to sample typical local products. We couldn't have made a better choice! We sat in an old cellar, sharing a meal with other diners. There were three of us: my son chose the tortelli tasting menu, I opted for the tiny tortellini in broth, and my wife went straight for the grilled meats. Finally, we rounded off an excellent lunch with homemade desserts. Finally, we couldn't resist stocking up on various local products at the counter, including a mix of tortelli in various flavors. If you're passing through Valeggio (VR), you can't miss this place and enjoy these delights. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

To my surprise, the tortellini and tortelli menu, which satisfies every palate, is complemented by dishes, both traditional and otherwise, prepared with excellent ingredients and expertly prepared (Patanegra ham with figs, pork cheek with polenta, grilled meat, etc.). The atmosphere is also truly welcoming. Excellent service.

We went for lunch. What can I say?!? Wonderful! The food is spectacular and the ingredients are excellent! The staff is incredibly kind! A must-see if you come to Valeggio!

Years ago, it was a surprise; every time we had the chance to pass by, we stopped for some ravioli. Now it's a sure thing, both for the restaurant (reservations required) and for the excellent quality of the ravioli. The ravioli and tortellini tasting was perfect.

In the center of Valleggio, along the main street in a lovely little square, lies this traditional restaurant that's well worth a visit. The pasta factory produces top-quality tortellini; the meat ones are delicious, followed, in my opinion, by the Amarone ones, the cheese ones, and especially the spinach ones...all for sale at the entrance counter. But the biggest surprise is the opportunity to taste them in the adjacent rooms, surrounded by a fantastic display of local and regional products, wines, cured meats, liqueurs, chocolate, cheeses...all for sale. The tortellini in broth is excellent, and the antipasto platter, featuring a selection of local cured meats and excellent gnocco fritto, is delicious. The wine list is highly respectable. The staff is very friendly and always available to explain the dishes and fillings, and recommend wines. Service is prompt. Reservations are recommended. The price is more than reasonable for the high quality of the dishes served. Congratulations, well done!

Everything was excellent, the staff were very friendly and professional. I recommend booking well in advance. Ms. Clodinette, in particular, was very kind.

Simply exceptional. The pasta they make themselves is simply magnificent, with all the toppings. The staff is friendly and the service is very quick. The menu isn't very varied, but that's definitely a plus considering their focus is on pasta and some meat. I'll be back! Notes: - Weekend reservation fee.

I couldn't take a picture of the main course because it was so delicious. The lamb was divine, melting in your mouth, the wine was good, the tortellini were excellent, and the dessert was wonderful! It's worth stopping by for dinner!

An excellent pasta shop where you can find Valeggio's famous tortellini. They're very well organized, and even provide ice and coolers for transporting this delicacy!
