Little by little, I've tasted almost every type of tortelli, but I couldn't choose the best.
The pasta is the perfect thickness, and the ingredients are excellent.
It's a shame they're a bit far away for me.

We called late in the morning and were disappointed to hear that there was only room until 1:30 PM, a time that suited us perfectly.
The fried gnocco and cured meats were superb, and the tortelli tasting menu was even better. The staff was truly friendly.

Excellent value for money.
You can buy fresh pasta, broth, and sauces and even eat them directly in a space adjacent to the shop.
The staff is friendly, the tortelli and tortellini of all kinds are delicious, and the mixed tasting is a must. The fried gnocco is fantastic, as few can make it!

Pastificio MERELLI? What can I say...everything is spectacular...spinach tortelli, a 10/10...pumpkin tortelli (made especially for them) without mustard, a 10/10+...meat ravioli??? Top marks...I would gladly make the trip back from the Varese province to these delights again.. CONGRATULATIONS!!!

From the outside, the Pastificio looks rather unassuming, but inside it's a delightful surprise – beautiful salesrooms, a fantastic restaurant with dining rooms in the basement where we sat. The tortellini and tortelloni are incredibly delicious. The best part is to sample them and discover what the filling is. Vegetables, cheese, fish, and meat – there's something for everyone. A little butter, a touch of Parmesan – that's all it takes to complete the explosion of flavor. We've been coming for two years now and will definitely be back!

Excellent selection of tortelli. I had the vegetarian tasting plate. The tiramisu was also good. And the place is really cute.
