A lovely local café managed by a group of women who really know what they’re doing! They offer a huge variety of sweets—everything from traditional pastries to unique desserts—and all of them are high quality and super tasty. The prices are very reasonable for what you get, and the atmosphere feels warm and personal. The staff are always friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. The only thing to keep in mind is that the place is small, so there aren’t many seats. But if you’re lucky enough to find a spot, it’s the perfect place to relax with a coffee and something sweet. Definitely recommended!

Super good pastries and the staff is simply lovely

I bought a cold cheesecake on the occasion of my daughter's graduation and we were very satisfied. We found good quality, kindness and availability.

This is another of the historic pastry shops in Florence that have been able to preserve, with passion and professionalism, local traditions and especially the typicality of the neighborhoods. It is a bit out of the way, as it is on the opposite side of my area, but I know it quite well for its meringue cakes, which a very dear friend of mine delights me with when I invite him to dinner at his house. Being a lover of rice puddings, this morning I went there specifically for breakfast to try it. I found it delicious and compared to the other historic pastry shops in Florence that I have visited and that the Florentines know very well, and to date I think this is the best. It respects the classic nature of the pudding, as inside you can feel the consistency of the grain more than the creaminess. It is pleasant to the palate, has a very balanced flavor and is truly delicious!!! In any case, in addition to the meringues, which I absolutely recommend you try, and the classic breakfast ones, they offer an infinite number of sweet treats inviting you to indulge in the sin of gluttony, which in my opinion, once in a while, never hurts. Concluding my breakfast with a coffee, given the high level of pastry offered and also taking into account the history of the business, as a customer, a piece of advice that I feel like giving to the bar manager is not to think about keeping the cost of coffee at one euro, but to aim higher on the quality of the espresso coffee, perhaps offering a more elite blend like the intense Illy. For the rest, everything is beautiful, like the internal room and the retro flavor that emanates from the environment. I highly recommend it and above all, congratulations to this great third generation that has been able to preserve, I must say with passion, the flavor and tradition of other times. Dear tourists and Florentines, who surely get ripped off by the various pastry shops in Florence, I would like to point out that here, in addition to everything being delicious and having a Staff with a capital P, a detail that is absolutely not negligible, it is perhaps one of the few, if not the only one, to have more than honest prices. Here, coffee costs 1 euro and on pastries and savory items you can save a lot. Highly recommended.
