Un intenso e piacevole profumo di cioccolato accoglie i clienti entrando in questa pasticceria. Ottimo il cioccolato, i mostaccioli e il pangiallo che a Roma non fa quasi più nessuno, e torneró sicuramente perché come recita un sonetto del Belli : “a Nnatale Dio lo sa cche ppangiallo che mme tocca. “

For us it is the Easter tradition. We start from Lent with the Roman mostaccioli (the "pizzas") and the Lenten ones and then we break one egg at a time. The chocolate is exquisite. Valzani is a historic shop and its quality has not changed. Thank you! Resist!

institution/historic pastry shop in Trastevere. Tried various chocolates, really good. The cannolo, sent back...good wafer..but I would have something to say about the consistency of the ricotta. Inside it's like a museum, worth a visit. Super friendly staff. There was a delicious chocolate smell inside

Paseando descubrí esta pastelería, vi la pinta de los canoli y entré. Dentro había un matrimonio mayor, el señor comía un canoli y su esposa chocolate. Acierto total, CANOLI espectacular!! Muy recomendable probar este sitio. Ah y 3€! Bravissimo

29/06/2025: Excellent restaurant surrounded by greenery, literally among beech and chestnut trees. In summer it is fantastic not only for the excellent quality of the food but also for the coolness that can be enjoyed even in the hottest periods of the year. The only recommendation is to always book because there are not many seats. Absolutely to try!!!

13/07/2025: Neighborhood pizzeria run by young people. Prices for round pizzas are still reasonable. The pizza is large and thin, with a fairly good topping. You can choose between two flavors. The fried foods are also good. You can also order by the slice. Recommended!
29/05/2025: Historic pizzeria in Centocelle. The round pizzas are light, large, well cooked, both classic and gourmet. At lunch, a hot table, in the evening, aperitifs. Welcoming and friendly staff. Personally, Margherita Boscaiola and Capricciosa are the best, but pistachio and mortadella are also not bad. Roman fried foods, bruschetta and more, drinks at a nice average price.
