Everything is always good at this pastry shop; if it's always crowded, there must be a reason. This winter, even the outside area has a roof, so it's easier to find a seat, even with a coat on. Perfect for Sunday mornings.

Convenient parking, but prices at city level, or even much higher... I think they could make more of what they have, but instead they don't care and live off their assets.

We've been coming here for a while, and the quality of the service and products never declines. The coffee is always fantastic, both morning and afternoon. The croissants are fresh, just baked, fragrant, and delicious... I couldn't say which flavor I like best! As for the desserts...they're all very fresh and beautiful, but a little too sweet for my taste. Many of them only taste like sugar, not enough cream. What a shame! But you can tell the pastry chefs work here with so much talent and passion. Our favorite place for coffee in Trieste. Among the many delicious desserts, the Dobos cake is highly recommended. It's been ages since I've had one this good.

Most of all, I enjoyed the coconut granita, as a coconut lover that I am.

Their Triestina pastry shop is exceptional, and the Illy coffee, made as it should be, completes the experience. Also recommended for those who aren't local and want to take home some traditional local sweets.

Excellent brioche made fresh daily in the am and illy espresso here. The small panini sandwiches are excellent. Prepared on small baked fresh roll with cotta and fromage. The ladies are friendly and eager to serve the customers. The line of locals speaks for itself. There is a constant stream in and out of local workman and residents. Stopping for a quick bite and an espresso or cappuccino. Highly suge suregest you try this place. Delicious food and friendly service.

The selection of desserts is truly extensive, ranging from traditional to more classic options: the brioches are fresh and delicious. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even more enjoyable. Recommended for breakfast or a snack before getting back on the road!
