Pain au chocolat is truly delicious, high-quality chocolate, dark and very chocolatey. The scent of butter and caramelized sugar is the first thing you hear when you bring the cake to your mouth. With the first bite, your teeth sink into layers of soft, perfectly flaky pastry. The chocolate melts with the layers, and you feel the first crunch... Excellent, not cloying, everything is very balanced. The only real flaw... IT'S ADDICTIVE. Be careful!!!

Tasty Easter Monday breakfast, spectacular lady kisses!!!

I accidentally tried some of their brioches and was pleasantly impressed. I decided to upgrade and ordered two colomba cakes, one classic and one chocolate. The look and aroma are out of this world.

Since I've lived in the area, I've visited the bakery every now and then, both before and after the change in ownership. The staff is always welcoming and kind, and they have excellent and varied pastries! I even recently ordered a super-delicious birthday cake.

I believe this pastry shop has the best leavened pastries in Piacenza. The brioches and all the leavened pastries are delicious and are filled fresh. The owners are very kind, friendly, and welcoming, and they welcome you as if you were at home. The dining room is small. The prices are fair. I highly recommend!
