A bit of south in Varese, an exceptional pastry shop with typical Sicilian and Campanian sweets. I think I tried one of the best babbà, I didn't think it was possible in Varese, not to mention the ricotta croissants and cassatas. I recommend everything, from arancini/e to desserts and ice cream. Congratulations!

We’ve been coming here for years and it’s always good. The recent remodel is very well done. Beautiful space now. Very clean and the food is excellent as always. Get the pistachio granita - best I’ve had.

Now, I'll start by saying that I will definitely return to this pastry shop located in the center of Varese. So why three stars? If you were to judge by the view alone, it would be 8 stars, if you were sitting at the counter I don't know what the service is like and so let's limit ourselves to the experience. Discrete service at the counter... but the coffee, although well made, served almost cold, no no... unfortunately, just a sufficient rating. As I wrote at the beginning, as soon as I return to Varese... I'll have breakfast and various tastings... I'm sure the rating will improve.

Being an employee does not mean you can be treated rudely and condescendingly: the owner is unbearable to say the least with her unkind ways towards the staff, as well as the guys who I assume are part of the management given the way they address the staff. In this pastry shop there is the possibility to sit and taste their delicious products. There is no table service, so first you need to get a receipt and have it served at the counter and take everything to your table. I went to this pastry shop with a friend for breakfast. I decided to take the pistachio bomb and I must say that it was very good, the only flaw (for my taste) was that it was really too full 😂 with every bite the pistachio cream leaked out everywhere 😂 so a piece of advice for those who were to take it: be careful! If you want to have a tasty breakfast I recommend this place. 😁

Finding yourself in Sicily in the blink of an eye, being in Varese, is not at all easy. Yet, in this pastry shop it is possible: you will find many Sicilian desserts, from cannoli to the famous almond biscuits. As soon as you enter, a counter full of delicacies welcomes you and immediately says good morning. I'm removing a star for the service because I didn't find dishes on the menu that fully represent Sicilian cuisine. Maybe I ended up on the wrong day... of the series: 'try again, you'll be luckier'. And I definitely will, thinking back to the goodness of this fantastic pastry shop.

The vast choice of typical Sicilian products, both sweet and savory, is excellent. Prices are rightly a little higher than in Sicily, but a lunch break here is absolutely recommended. The place is brand new and well furnished, there is both inside and outside. The raviola with ricotta is really good, as is the diner!
