Pasticceria Tipica Siciliana In Varese

Excellent the vast choice of typical Sicilian products, both sweet and savory. The prices are rightly a bit higher than in Sicily, but a lunch break here is absolutely recommended. The place is brand new and well furnished, both inside and out. The ravioli with ricotta is really good, as is the tavola calda!

Let's face it, since they have been in Varese the other pastry shops have been in difficulty, it is no coincidence that the historic Zamberletti is a few steps away and all those who came after have had to close... this is because the quality/price ratio is certainly advantageous without compromising quality and I am referring in particular to the pastry shop. If you want to try something I recommend the classic cannoli, the zeppole with cream, the large lobster tail always with cream, obviously all the brioches. And if you want to experience something almost erotic, go to the opening early in the morning, around 7, and get a pastry or a donut filled with still warm cream... and your day will change! Even savory foods have their reasons, in particular arancine and panzerotti. The place has moved and been renovated, giving a little more rationality and organization to the place - the outdoor space is pleasant - even if at peak times it is always a bit chaotic... so you don't have to rush, especially if you want to enjoy sweet and savory flavours!

Yesterday I went for a drink. New place, the tables are too close together, you can't even exchange a word... and then.... honestly a €4.50 fruit juice seems a bit exaggerated to me..... I don't think I'll go back.

New slightly lateral position towards the square (from the outside it is not easy to understand that the savory meal can also be consumed). We ordered a classic fried panzerotto and a baked ortolan one. Well filled and well leavened. Courteous staff, clean environment.

Always kind, but as usual I don't feel like giving more than 3 stars because the flaws in a good coffee or cappuccino don't have the creaminess they should have. The sweet sector is excellent as always and I recommend the cream shortcrust pastries. No parking and no gluten free. No parking for customers.

Typical Sicilian food in the center of Varese, everything excellent from the cafeteria to the fantastic desserts such as brioches and pastries to the delicious arancini and panzerotti. Excellent for snacks and aperitifs. Small place with some places abroad.

It is my absolute favorite place in Varese to have breakfast or a bite to eat, the croissants are delicious and full of cream and from what I have tried the pastries are also very good, the rotisserie part has a lot of choice and different combinations for everyone , the only note is that at lunch time they finish too quickly. In summer, however, I often go for the granita which in my opinion is the best in the centre. Last but not least it's also an excellent solution for an aperitif, they give you a cutter with various rotisserie items included in the price and here in Varese there aren't many places like this. I would add that the staff is also super friendly. I have been going there for 4 years but I had never written a review, but in my opinion they are without a doubt one of the best places with good prices that can be found in the centre.
