His passing, unfortunately, marked the beginning of a downward spiral. ​📉 The Decline and Current Management ​The family succession failed to maintain the standard, apparently leading to a crisis and the subsequent takeover of management by a third party. Today, the establishment is in a state of disrepair, stripped of its former splendor. ​Ambience and Decor: The interior shows the weight of the years. The lack of renovation is evident, and a general tiredness can be felt throughout. The Glass Counter: Perhaps the most painful aspect is the old glass counter, so worn and opaque that the pastries inside fail to shine, hiding the beauty and freshness of the products. 👍 The Bright Side: Quality and Effort Despite the structural issues, it's important to emphasize one fundamental aspect: the intrinsic quality of the products remains good, and the credit goes entirely to the staff. ​The employees work hard and passionately, preparing desserts, ice creams, and specialties that still express the flavor of tradition and craftsmanship. I recommend them, especially the coffee and salted pistachio. The service depends on whether the girls are there, but it leaves a bit to be desired. They seem like robots: no smiles, apathetic, and rushing around. Speed ​​is needed, but quality service is also important; sometimes they forget to clear the table. It's better if there are waiters, they're more empathetic.
