Historic and excellent pastry shop.

Small pastry shop with a long family tradition, whose owners are very kind and willing to explain how their products are prepared. The Porta Romana amaretti biscuits were excellent, while I found the brioches unconvincing and with little cream, at a price of 2 euros each. The cappuccino is good. The same morning as breakfast I bought a Pan dei Morti which unfortunately was very hard and didn't taste good, perhaps because it was too old. It is to be hoped that it was just an accident.
