Simona. What can I say? Today I don't just want to talk about her art and the "fried gold" she and her staff create for all of us, but above all about the person she is. Simona is a noble, humble woman with a rare sweetness. On Sunday, February 15, 2026, I found myself outside her pastry shop: it was very crowded. I got in line, knowing that I might find my beloved frappes... or not. And unfortunately, almost halfway through the line, they were sold out. With extreme delicacy, she expressed sincere apology. It's clear from her that she sees not only the profit, but above all the people. She has the ability, rare these days, to put herself in the shoes of the customer who, after a long wait, risks being left without what they wanted. She immediately made herself available to make up for it and, in a gesture that deeply touched me, she gave me a few complimentary products, even asking me to come back the following day: she would be waiting for me. The next day I returned, took a number, and, finally with the frappes available, I reached the counter. He recognized me immediately, and the first thing he said was, "Thank you for coming back." What can I say? Shopping at a place that offers such unique and high-quality products is already a pleasure. But being welcomed and treated with such genuine attention is even rarer. It's an experience that goes beyond taste: it's a true honor.

They're incredibly delicious, and I really struggle to find the words to describe them. They're special and everyone should try them at least once.
