Despite being from Bollate, she only knew each other by name, until a few weeks ago. Tried the patisserie for an afternoon coffee (with pastries), excellent. Now, when in the area, a point of reference for a stopover.

Pleasant surprise at Scarbellando x Bollate where we ended up for a gymnastics competition. A slightly retro but well-stocked pastry shop and this is the big surprise. Every type of pasta and pancake for Carnival as well as stuffed drops that just look at them make you shudder. Definitely friendly but competent service enriched with beautiful smiles that encouraged us to buy all types of pancakes only to then taste them at home. If we were to return to Bollate we know where to go for a coffee and some desserts. Compliments for the desserts and the service. 👍

07/12/2024: Very good seafood dishes. The staff were very friendly. They gave us free prosecco and limoncello during our meal.
16/10/2024: As of mid-October 2024, Sciuscia A Mare is located at the same address as Gigino Pizza. This place was hands down the best dinner I've had while in Milan, and while on a seven-week trip all over Europe. The service was fantastic, starting with the waiter waving us into the restaurant, as we'd went to the previous location of the restaurant. On entering, we were given free prosecco. Both the waiters were fantastic, checking in on us after we ordered wine and appetizers, as well as after we received our main courses. We also received free meloncello (a must try!) and Tiramisu. The seafood here is absolutely to die for! We got the seafood salad, the grilled seafood platter, the seafood risotto and the seafood pasta. Everything was fresh and full of flavour. I highly recommend Sciuscia A Mare to anyone staying in Milan.
