I didn't give it my best rating (which, for delicious coffee, pastries, and cakes, would be worthy) because the staff—when there are many customers, as happens on pre-holidays and holidays—is so small that many people leave. Or—as a friend and I noticed—they consume and leave without paying.

We came here twice for morning coffee and simple pastry. Price was ok. The filling in their chocolate croissant was overwhelmingly generous. I’d go with the plain croissant, soft and buttery, perfect with americano. Easy and relaxing to start the day.

The pastries and desserts were delicious, although there was less variety last time. The coffee was excellent, and the atmosphere was very nice. Today, there was once again a lot of variety and the same quality as always. Prices were normal. I agree with the review: there was a wide variety of pastries and excellent coffee. The apple pastries and the Venetian pastry with cream and jam were especially amazing.

Excellent pastry shop, very good cappuccino, the interior space is a bit limited, small summer terrace could be improved as well as the bathroom (there was no toilet paper).

A café frequented by locals with a view of the Ducal Palace. The coffee and pastries are typical of the area. A true delight! We loved it from the first day of our stay. The welcome is warm and friendly!

26/09/2025: I've tried several recipes here, but today's... what a delicious hot dog. I highly recommend it!!!! And the service is always friendly. And another important thing: the price is very reasonable. A must-see in Modena ❤️
06/09/2025: Some things are very good, others less so. The beers are very "classic," but they have everything you need for a quiet evening with friends, and the prices are reasonable.
