I'm the lady who came in to buy castagnole this evening. It was 7:00 PM, and the castagnole were sold out... I asked for a cream puff with lemon cream, but that was gone too. There was only one cream puff with zabaglione left... so I took that as a fallback. I paid the €3 and went out to eat it. The cream puff was as good as ever, but it was hard and stale. I would have expected the person who offered it to me to warn me it wasn't very fresh; at least I could have chosen whether or not to buy it, especially since it wasn't what I wanted. A mix-up? I don't know, but it seemed like a slight oversight to me, a slight lack of respect towards a customer.

14/03/2026: La Rinascente has always been a quality department store. We recommend stopping by to see the remains of the ancient aqueduct that once served as the water main at the back of the store. There are also tables nearby where you can work or study.

28/06/2026: Very welcoming restaurant with first-class dishes.
24/06/2026: We went there twice during our stay. The first time, the pasta was very good, and the second evening we had fish. The turbot was perfectly cooked. For starters, we were offered porcini mushrooms, which were excellent, and when we had finished them, they brought us an extra plate for two free of charge. At the end of the meal, we received a plate of small cakes and a complimentary glass of ice cream. And the limoncello was offered, just like the first time. A special thank you to Pino, who took care of us with attention and kindness, and whose wine recommendations were very helpful.
