Nice hotel with a modern style. The rooms were clean, and the staff was kind and courteous. We stayed with our dogs, and it was a nice surprise to receive a courtesy kit for them too.

Modern and stylish hotel, comfortable rooms, comfortable bed. There is a place to park the car. Of the minuses - a little far from the center. In the bathroom there was a cobweb right above the door.

An excellent stay at the Hotel San Ranieri in Pisa. A welcoming and modern atmosphere, despite its furnishings (far from minimalist), pays homage to modern design. The rooms are spacious, bright, relatively quiet, and equipped with virtually every comfort. The view is generally very pleasant. The staff is very friendly and available at any time. The hotel features an elegant and comfortable swimming pool and a terrace on the mezzanine level, as well as a gym, meeting rooms, several bars, and a large restaurant with an outdoor area. In this hotel, it truly seems as if nothing has been left to chance and everything is in its place to ensure a pleasant and relaxing experience. It's not exactly central, but the location is definitely not the worst. The numerous free street parking spaces surrounding the hotel make getting there easier for those, like me, who reach Pisa by car. I approve and recommend!

Everything was perfect. The location was quiet, the bus stop was right outside, it was a bit outside the city center, the staff was friendly, we didn't have breakfast.

I had mixed feelings about my stay at this hotel. Here is a breakdown of my experience: • Design & Check-in: The hotel features a very interesting and unique design. Check-in was fast and professional. • Rooms: The rooms are starting to show their age and feel a bit dated. However, thanks to the creative design, this wasn't a huge issue for me. • The Biggest Disappointment — Breakfast: This was a total disaster. We arrived at 9:00 AM, even though breakfast serves until 10:00 AM. By that time, most of the food was gone. The trays for bacon and eggs were completely empty, and there were almost no cold cuts left. There were plenty of sausages, but they were hard as rocks. It felt like the food was cooked once early in the morning and then left there without even keeping it warm. • Service: The staff was quite unfriendly, which added to the poor dining experience. Summary: • Hotel Design: 5+/5 • Location: 2/5 (without a car) or 4/5 (if you are driving) • Breakfast: 0/5 — a total catastrophe. I hope the management looks into their catering service, as it really drags down the overall impression of such a stylish place

Excellent Hotel, very well managed, the friendly staff are a true asset. We will definately return once back in the area. Breakfast and the Restaurant are equally excellent. We were on a business trip and stayed for two nights.

Convenient for the hospital. The hotel appears new and modern, but it could be better maintained. Soundproofing is nonexistent; you can hear neighbors' phone calls and much more.

Beautiful property, large and comfortable room, friendly and professional staff, convenient parking, good Wi-Fi, and good air conditioning. Excellent experience.
