Very welcoming, extremely kind and professional staff. Soundproofed rooms. The food is definitely a huge plus! The conference services are also excellent. I'll gladly return.

I've been to this restaurant many times for work. I always had a good impression of the front desk staff; they were humorous, witty, and professional. But this time, the restaurant staff really infuriated me. I went to the restaurant around 9 PM to order a takeaway salad. The waitress was indifferent and told me to find an older man in a suit to take my order. He was also very arrogant. Even though I was first in line, when someone cut in line and asked him a question, he immediately ignored me—so incredibly rude! Then he told me to wait. I stood there for a long time, but he ignored me completely, clearly just playing with me. When I asked him again, he gestured for me to wait, obviously not wanting to take my order. I had no choice but to leave. This restaurant is okay except for the front desk staff; the restaurant staff have terrible attitudes. I would never recommend this restaurant.

I stayed one night with my sister-in-law, for health reasons as the structure is very close to the Cisanello hospital, I must say that leaving the hospital and finding myself in such a welcoming environment was very pleasant, thanks to the staff

The color scheme of the room and the corridor is very strange and makes me dizzy. The room is also quite dusty and the bathroom is a bit dark. It is a bit confusing. The good thing is that the air conditioner can be set to 26 degrees.

Great hotel, Simona is a very friendly hotel employee! Friendly staff, good conditions and comfort. Great restaurant near the reception. Highly recommended. Convenient parking, good breakfasts, nice pool.

Had my second stay at this hotel and again it was fantastic. Yet again for work but I recommend this hotel for the perfect holiday.
