Staying at this hotel for a week with my partner and already one of the better hotels we've stayed at. Very friendly, attentive and helpful personel. After a cat bite we had to go to hospital for a tetanus shot and they did everything to help us. The restaurant is super, especially the prussian beef, 1.4 kg was gone in 2 minutes. When in the neighbourhood, we would stay there again.

For family reasons, I stayed at this hotel with my husband at short notice. Is very beautiful and modern. However, we only got a key and heard over the phone that there were a lot of conventions and that you obviously only paid half of what we paid in advance (!). My husband had to leave a little early, so I was alone in the room on Monday morning. At 8:00 a.m. the door suddenly opens (buzzer) and there is a young man in my room who had made a mistake in the door. When I reported the incident to reception, they said they were sending someone up. After 40 minutes there was still no one there, when I complained downstairs the employee succinctly said yes, the doors might not close properly 😵‍💫

Been 6 days. For one more star I paid less than for a 3 star hotel in the center. Great hotel. Worth repeating.
