In the heart of Ballarò you can see a pastry shop where tradition and innovation meet. The owner is not a simple pastry chef but a pastry artist and his specialty is the cakes which he prepares with passion and dedication to delight all palates. The typical Palermo rotisserie is also excellent.

The cassata was delicious, however I found a piece of plastic inside the cake...

Nice service and delicious sweets

We discovered this pastry shop by accident. The cakes and biscuits looked delicious, we went in and the young man that served us was very helpful and took time to explain the ingredients to us in English. We bought quite a lot, they were superb. The prices were a honest price, not the inflated prices you see on the main shopping street. We are going back tomorrow to buy a few gifts. I can only recommend this shop and that you try it for yourself.

The products are ok. I bought a lot of almond cookies (the soft ones), they are ok. My family liked them. However, the let down is the croissants. I bought a large supply to take home on the plane. And before buying the special ones, I asked the man behind the counter if they had a lot of filling. He confirmed. Unfortunately, it was a big disappointment at home (as you can see in the photo), after eating almost half of the croissant, I only got to the filling. If you are looking for a hearty Italian croissant, this is not the place. Big disappointment :( Typical prices.

Discovered "by chance" after having crossed the picturesque Ballarò market, purchased and eaten arancini and cannoli: excellent quality (constant sale, fresh products), competitive prices (1.5€ for the cannoli, 1.5€ for the arancina), therefore quality/price ratio difficult to overcome. Advised.
