Thursday 1/25 passing through Pinerolo, I stop and ask if they sold croissants. They answer me in the affirmative with a filling of jam or various creams. I answer Berries and Pistachio. I pay (I have a chat with a lady, I imagine the owner) and leave. Very good croissant, the pistachio cream 100% spot on. The only flaw was that the wild berry jam was exchanged for the apricot jam (very good, but not what I asked for). When I discovered it I was already in Pinerolo, it didn't seem worth going back.

Siamo clienti oramai dal 1994, da quando lasciato Torino siamo venuti a vivete in Val Chisone a Villar Perosa. Per le occasioni importanti e per le nostre feste, noi veniamo sempre a servirci da questa pasticceria, sempre fresca, buonissima, di prima scelta. Chi dovesse passarci a fianco, si ricordi, che se sta andando a trovare conoscenti, prendendo un pensierino da loro, al Ponte San Martino, non si sbaglierà e farà sicuramente ottima figura.

17/03/2024: Ladies and gentlemen who love good food, you are in the right place, we are in via Marco Polo alla crocetta, as I was saying the dishes are an authentic delight, the place is very well looked after and organised. Quality and price are in line.... I highly recommend it, 5* well deserved compliments to all the staff!!!! I will definitely come back 🔝💯🇮🇹

Agriturismo Cascina Barbassa

31/03/2024: Excellent Easter!! We were guests of Cascina Barbassa at Easter (31/03/24) and they were fantastic. Very good dishes in their simplicity and genuine. We had a fixed menu for the cost of €40 including everything and more (bis and tris, wines, liqueurs and bitters!). My 10 and a half year old paid half the price even though he ate the entire menu like ours and for my little 2 and a half year old he was offered a delicious pasta with meat sauce, breaded chicken breast (delicious) and potatoes baked, all free! I can only thank and congratulate the chef and her staff!!
