While visiting Massa Marittima, we stopped for an aperitivo. Both the Hugo and the Spritz were well-made, accompanied by chips and were reasonably priced. The place is located in the heart of the historic center. The interior is small, but there is an outdoor patio with accessible tables, including those for children. The menu ranges from aperitivo to breakfast, with a display of desserts. The staff is young and friendly. You need a key for the restroom, which is next door, but the stairs are quite steep. We found it clean, but not wheelchair accessible.

Excellent location, right in the historic center. Very friendly owners. Well-stocked.
