Looking for a babà cake in provincial Taranto, far and wide from the suburbs to the center nothing, then in memory a friend's advice: Neapolitan pastry shop. In a populous neighborhood in a narrow street I find the delight I wanted. Right balance between bath and cream, rightly spongy and soft dough. Very good
