I went this morning to get three croissants. The bakery was very busy, and the service was quite slow and inattentive. I understand that Sunday mornings are very busy, but this aspect could definitely be improved. This is why I'm not giving it 5 stars because of the service. That said, the croissants were really good: the dough was excellent, and the filling was also very good. I'll probably avoid Sundays and try to return during the week to see if the service is quicker and more attentive.

Wonderful pastry shop, I recommend the cream puffs with chantilly cream, the zaletti, the risini, the bomboloni... I don't know what not to recommend paired with a good coffee ☕️ 🥧 ..

03/03/2026: This is our third time there. The first two times, everything was very good, with a few dishes forgotten, but nothing major. Last time, however, I noticed a slight decline in both quality and customer service. To be precise, nothing major. The restaurant is good overall, but some dishes were poorly prepared, two orders were missed, and the waiters were a bit rushed even though the place wasn't busy. I really appreciate the tablet for ordering and the option to skip the Philadelphia or have some orders more or less spicy. We'll definitely be back, but I hope there's a little more attention to detail.

05/07/2026: This place is one of my favorites! The atmosphere is welcoming and refined, and there's one detail I love: there are always fresh flowers, which make the atmosphere even more pleasant. 🥰 The meat, and especially the Florentine steak, is simply excellent. Natascia and Elena are always very kind, helpful, and make you feel truly welcome. The desserts also deserve a special mention: they're homemade and of excellent quality. The wine list is also excellent, extensive and well-selected. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an experience characterized by quality, friendliness, and good food!
24/05/2026: Unfortunately, this time, much to my disappointment, compared to all the other times, everything has changed. There's been a significant decline. A certain disinterest in the customer. The food is always good, of course, and in a place of this caliber, the service and customer care must also be as excellent as before. Before, everything was excellent (even the food). Plus, the cleaning to encourage customers to come at 11 p.m. because they're in a hurry... no, sorry...
