A lovely pastry shop in Taormima selling traditional Italian delicacies. I bought the strawberry cannoli as I had never seen one like that before. It was delicious but not what I expected. The filling tasted more like a custard than a sweet ricotta and the casing was quite thick but very crisp and crumbly. Great value for money

THE discovery of Taormina. We went back 3 times in less than 24 hours. Everything is homemade. The cookies are fresh, crispy and varied. Don’t hesitate to enjoy a coffee accompanied by a specialty. A real killing. Made on site. ♥️♥️♥️

Stopped into Pasticceria Minotauro to check out their pastries. They have a few gluten free options (almond biscuits and cannoli). The GF cannolis (made to order) are €5.00.
- Almond pastries with lemon (€3.00) - nice texture, similar to a macaron
- Almond pastries with pistachio (€3.00)
- Almond pastries with orange puree (€3.00) - filling similar to marmalade
- Pistachio cannolo (€1.50 small) - good pistachio flavour. Perfect size to sample
- Meringue (€0.50)
- Sesame (€1.00)
The best place in Taormina to buy almond cookies, marzipan, and cannoli. Freshly prepared and very good quality. Super delicious and my kids loved it. The staff are very friendly and helpful . This is a must visit place in Taormina.

On each of our stays in Taormina, we always went to this pastry shop, this time, we found the welcome quite unpleasant, the service minimal, there are no prices on the products, the receipt does not include any detail and the prices are high, on the other hand the quality is always at the top, the pastries are excellent, the score takes into account the negative elements, despite the quality we chose another pastry which is also close to the Messina gate for our subsequent purchases.

Estábamos en Taormina y en base a recomendaciones, nos detuvimos en esta pasticcería. ¡Muy contentos! Es una empresa familiar y su servicio y productos horneados eran de primera categoría!
